Very friendly staff, fabulous stay

The staff are exceptional and I don't think we have ever experienced the level of attention that we were given, by everyone! Price was excellent and walking distance to everything. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend The Jungle as it felt like coming home everytime we came back! And the pool was fantastic, nice and refreshing after a hot and humid day! Was very sad to leave but we will come back! It felt like we were giving back to the Cambodian people and not some rich foreigner. So be aware of where your money goes as the Cambodians need your support not the billionaires of our world!!

As a solo traveller, I feel at home here, hence why it’s my second visit in 2 weeks. The rooms are an organic modern style, really clean and with very comfortable beds. The staff are genuinely lovely and remember the little things that make the experience here so much more meaningful.

Exceptional hotel, very close to the city center and an amazing jungle pool. The rooms are spacious, and in our case, they even let us check out at 4:00 PM. All the staff are lovely and eager to help in every way they can. Totally recommended. Special thanks to Pheareak, who attended to us very kindly.

Beautiful relaxing hotel with amazing, friendly kind staff. We loved all of the trees and plants around the pool. The room was super comfortable, well designed and extremely clean with beautiful flowers around. We ate at the restaurant lots of times and the food was delicious We had an amazing time and would love to come back to the jungle one day.

The photos look exactly like the real thing. The beds are comfy, beautiful gardens and staff are so lovely. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Food is good and reasonably priced. Great location too.

That we had to leave!!

The Jungle is a great place to stay. I booked 12 rooms for my tour group and was very happy I stayed here and will always use this hotel for future tours. The location, staff, food, rooms and pool area are 5 star! Thank you to all the staff that looked after us all and made us feel like family.

Excellent place! The service and friendliness of the staff is outstanding. Food is delicious, great breakfast. Lounging by the exquisite pool sipping Singapore Slings or Maitais after a day at the temples... and the list just goes on. It is one of those places where you end up not wanting to leave.

Really is nothing not to like, other than having to leave!

A hidden gem in the middle of Siem Reap. The hotel was quiet, the pool lovely, and the service and food wonderful - very comfy bed - we had such a lovely stay here.

The staff was so incredibly friendly and accommodating! The welcome drink and snack were an unexpected and wonderful surprise after close to 48hrs of travel to get here. We were able to book our tuk-tuk with the front desk for Angkor Wat. We loved it and would absolutely return!
