The loviest boutique hotel and the nicest hosts! Stayed a week and loved it couldn’t recommend more

The air conditioning was on a timer that turned off after an hour, so on hot nights, I had to keep waking up to turn it back on.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I didn’t like was there was only one outlet on one side of the bed. There was another outlet but under the table on the other side of the room. It is okay and not a big inconvenience.

The pool was nice and cool. It allowed for easy swimming and relaxation. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and clean environment.

The location is excellent, I can easily walk to to nearby area without needing to book a grab. The staff is friendly, and the price is reasonable. The room feels comforting because of its big windows that overlook the plants.

Location was excellent, a short stroll to the markets and Pub Street. The beds, pillows and room were also comfortable and spacious. The shower was exellent. Bruno and his staff were friendly and excellent to communicate with for any request or information we needed for tours or things to do in Siem Reap. We loved our stay at Five Senses and would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

As it is close to the market, sometimes it is louder, but I slept well.

You can get help if ask Bruno - the owner - to get tickets, excursions.... You can find everything in the market, some hundreds steps from here. You can use a huge bathtub in the room, with enough space for 2 big people!

We loved everything about The Five Senses. Bruno set everything up for us before we arrived and our tours were amazing. Breakfast was good. The neighborhood is very nice. Easy walk to Pub Street but across the river so quieter at night. We would definitely return to stay again.

The room was spacious, with a cute balcony and a nice bathroom. It was clean and really comfortable. The owner is very kind and helpful, he gave me tips and suggestions for my tours and visits.

Bruno is a a welcoming and warm host. Always available to help and give a lots of advice and information for visiting Siem Reap and surrounding. He can help you with your itinerary and journey in Cambodia and speak French! Motorbike available for a few dollars. Wonderful hotel , well located , clean. Merci encore Bruno

The location and the friendly staff. I also recommend this hotel for French speakers who barely speak English or just prefer to be immersed in a french speaking environment. Monsieur Bruno will ensure you have a pleasant stay !

I was a bit bothered by the noise at night from the karaoke nearby.

The big bathtub was right next to the bed, so I could take a nice long soak. It was really relaxing.The rooms are well designed and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The owner,Bruno and staff are friendly and kind have a nice smile!

Wonderful stay here for 3 nights. Staff were friendly (helping us to book a guided tour to Angkor Wat), breakfast options were great and was super quiet area but still well connected. Loved it!

Everything was good.

Bruno was so welcoming, courteous and friendly. Made us feel very comfortable in his hotel. The food was very reasonably priced and tasty. Hotel is very close to major attractions.

Great little place. Excellent value for money. The owner is very friendly, honest and helpful. Rooms have big windows and well decorated. Location in great just few minutes walk from the pub street but located on the quiet side of siem ream just across the river.

The conditions outside the hotel could be improved. It is darker than I'd like and the road needs some work done.

We stayed for one night and would say it is very close to a western hotel experience. High praise to the friendly and welcoming front desk staff who helped us check in and answer any questions we had (in English and Khmer). They even helped bring our belongings up to our room. There were the typical amenities a hotel you'd find in the States. A brisk walk to Pub Street and many bars nearby.

Five Senses property is very ideally located: in a calm and quiet street yet minutes walk away from the bustling center of the city. The owner is Belgian, Bruno, and has an extensive range of excellent Belgian Beers. the staff was lovely and very helpful and accommodating.

Great little find! The staff were really friendly and helpful! The location is great - just a short walk from all the centre but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Room was very comfortable, clean and big! The pool maybe small but its a perfect fit for the hotel. Enjoyed every minute of my stay! Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Siem Reap
