The bed sheet kept slipping off the bed but just needed putting back on and all fine :)

Enjoyable stay. We were able to leave our bags before and after check- which was great- especially as we rocked up around 6am! The room is nice, bed comfy and the bathroom is good. Really, really nice guy working at reception who seemed like he really wanted to get to know the guest and make us as comfortable as possible - bonus points for him! Also great location to town!

The rooftop bar wasn’t really a bar and more of just a space to sit. Wasn’t the end of the world for us but we did have to go up 4 flights of stairs to get to our room so not great if you’re not good on stairs.

Staff were fantastic downstairs, greeted us every time we came and went. There was lots of tour options and our guide was great giving us lots of information and stopping at a couple of extra bits to teach/ show us things.

The only thing I’d ’complain’ about was that when we arrived, there wasn’t any soap or shampoo in the shower dispenser. I had my own anyway but I’m sure they’d have just filled it up if I’d asked! :)

The property is very close to everything here, staff are lovely and it’s great that they do a small range of breakfast too for cheap! They also have tours that you can book on the front desk which is handy, rooms are very clean and great value for money.

A lovely, family run guest house. I felt very at home here. Good location, clean, comfortable, excellent value. I felt well looked after. Also tuk tuk driver Sam provided an excellent half day tour. Although not an official guide, he spoke with knowledge, passion & love. Recommended

Some guests were noisy which is out of the hosts control however they could ask them to be quiet. Toilet/ shower could have been cleaner.

Good hostel with roof top area for social and relax. Comfortable beds with curtains and lockers. Good AC. Great central location!

Nothing very disturbing, but the electrical outlets were a bit loose so we had difficulty charging our phones sometimes. The fan in the room was broken and it could have been a big problem if the aircon stopped working, but fortunately that didn't happen.

The location is good and they have a decent restaurant where we had lunch the day we arrived in Battambang. The room was clean and had a place to hang our clothes. Soap and shampoo were available for use and we also had a kettle. The staff was always friendly and ready to help us in any way they could.

The room didn't have a window, so there is no way to get some fresh air in.

Nice, big clean room. Fridge and kettle in room. Friendly staff and you can book reasonably priced tours through them. Our guide, Soon, was very friendly and informative. Tasty, big portioned and cheap food is available downstairs, but it does take a while to prepare. Upstairs terrace is nice.

Bed was a little hard. There was not a lot going on around the hotel for food and drink.

Great place to stay - spacious room and good facilities. Booked a tour through the accommodation which was very enjoyable and worth the cheap price. Laundry service was quick and efficient. Staff gave free water every time they saw us.

After a bit of a miscommunication we briefly moved room to a room with poor air con but managed to change back to the original room. Only one thin sheet is given for a double bed but isn’t wide enough to cover the bed. Place needs a water cooler too

A bit noisy, but it calmed down later past 10 pm. The fan was stuck on level 1, it was not a big deal as the room was not excessively warm. I forgot to mention it to the staff.

Helpful staff, the room was what I would expect for that price. The free complimentary drink at checkin was a nice gesture.

Stiff bed. Only a sheet for covers. Light outside the room was bright. Pack an eye mask.

Great value budget hotel. Ac was great. Our Gan was not working the first night but they gave us a replacement for the remainder of our stay. The staff was very helpful in booking excursions. Soon and T were excellent and enthusiastic tuk tuk guides.

The first room (the good one) could not get the curtains closed which was quite annoying. Cleaning wasn't so good (toothpaste all over the sink, and old soap left from the previous guests in the shower). No toilet paper. The second room, that they put my mother in so she would not have to go up all the stairs was very dark and smelled very badly of mould and humidity. It's clear that the painting was done recently to hide the mould. No matter if you opened the window, put the fan and AC on to help ventilate, and left the door open. It would still smell very badly. I guess somebody with asthma or a bit sensitive could get really sick there. I don't understand how you can sell a room like this one. There was no dehumidifier and the bathroom had no vent.

The hosts were super nice and the place is well located. One of the two rooms we booked was great. There was lots of space, very luminous. Close to the bus station and some restaurants. There is a laundry shop right next door, which is very practical. They changed my mother's room to put her in one that was not on the 4th floor, and thus easily accessible for her (no elevator). If you're lucky, you'll get a good room. I guess it's ok for a day or two.

Up stairs, gets quite hot. Some may prefer air-conditioning. The city is super dusty, so bear that in mind.
