Difficult to get a grab taxi to and from because it is not known on grab app. Property taxi about 4 x the price of a grab. However lovely staff did take us to a grab pick up point. Also a lot of small ants on floor of room. Maybe would be good to have some spray.

Its not ready to welcome kids, no baby cots, no kids cutlery or plates, no kids menu. There were a lot of ants in our cabin.

The location is too far from town and it is very hard to get transport like Tuk Tuk. Everything expensive at hotel but the food is delicious.

Furthermore, taxi rides from the hotel can be quite expensive, which could impact the overall budget for exploring the area.

The rooms could have had more facilities. Mosquitoes in the evening when you are out so be prepared.

The location is absolutely stunning with a private white sandy beach that is very clean. Good fun activities for kids and adults. Good breakfast. Staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Do not go! The worst part: the pool painted all our swimsuits and hair to orange!! Looks like rust and we were unable to get it out (check out the photos - we had to cut the edges of the hair!) Another family had the same issues after bathing 2 hours in the pool. Location: there is absolutely nothing around (closest town at 25 minutes drive), feels like being in a ghost town with just a few guests in the resort. The restaurant is way overpriced for Cambodia and there is no alternative anywhere around. Service: at restaurant extremely slow (rhey barely speak English, very ling waiting times) only the hotel manager was very cooperative when we decided to move out of the hotel after 2 nights (instead of 7 days we booked originally) and refunded us for the nights we did not stay. We then took a speed boat to the island of Koh Rong and there we found real paradise.

For an overnight stay, one or two nights at most, the hotel is OK. Otherwise, I don't know what else we should do there. Everything is man-made, concrete, stone...

The best part of this hotel was the restaurant, especially for breakfast and dinner. You can tell the food is prepared by an experienced Asian chef, with a great selection of food and drink. However, the staff can be a bit slow. The location is an absolutely remote resort, with nothing nearby. Grab services are not available directly from the hotel; you have to go to a different location to access them. Even then, drivers often have difficulty reaching the resort due to its distance from the city center. It felt more like a weekend getaway for local visitors than a traditional hotel resort, and their behavior was not of course noř very "European".

It was a party on the beach from 18 o'clock till 23:30, it was terrible. Staff knew about this party and didn't recommend change to another house or at least inform us in advance. The next day's music starts at 7:15.

It has a clean beach, good food, and big portions. A lot of activities for an extra fee.

The prices of Water sports can be reduced.

Everything was great, the staff was exceptional!! The front desk employee named TOTO went above and beyond to make sure we were catered for accordingly.
