Apart from being outside the town nothing but then it's quiet so can not have both, free tuk tuk into town but would get motorcycle only $5 for 24hours in the town to rent

Lovely property, great room and fabulous pool. Not far from town but it’s an awkward walk so the free tuktuk into town from the hotel is a game changer. And it’s only about $1.50 to get back and all the drivers know where the hotel is. We enjoyed staying in a quiet location for a change. Would stay here again and absolutely recommend.

- The location was in the village, which was quiet, but for me, wasn’t too good for it’s a bit hard to get anything near by and to hang out at night. Because the location was in the village, the roads to the hotel wasn’t good. There was one big pothole in the road which my car fell into and unfortunately broke the front cover a bit. So I wish the hotel would take care of the road since it leads to their place. Anyway, they did take actions, which I appreciate.

- The staff was very supportive and friendly. They came with an umbrella to pick me up during the heavy rain when I arrived. After I told them about my car incident, they took actions by placing a sign at the pothole. The hotel was clean and nice as expected.

A little far to walk to amenities at night, dark gravel road.

Comfortable spacious rooms with nice linens, strong wifi, electric kettles and mini fridges. Ample secure parking. No restaurant on site.

WiFi was a little poor

Great hotel, lovely room, staff were very friendly and helpful. Location a little out of town but the hotel provide a free of charge Tuk Tuk into town. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s located out of the centre so it’s much more of a chilled atmosphere and super relaxing! Whenever we wanted to go into the town for food etc. we just asked at reception and someone was always on hand to drop us down (free shuttle service). The staff were also lifesavers when our taxi to the port didn’t show up in the morning (booked through an external company) and they dropped us there themselves so that we didn’t miss our boat! We had a lovely time here and even extended our stay because it was such a nice vibe.

It’s a little outside the town and not very comfortable to walk to. So have to be reliant on TukTuk or own transport. Does only take a few minutes though! - The water in the bathroom doesn’t get hot enough. - There is no breakfast, need to go to town - Asked for an iron twice but never got one.

Great location near the town, in a nice and quiet area. Lovely view from the rooftop. The hotel also has its own transport service to drop you off in town or at the bus station. The swimming pool is a good size, and I noticed the staff start cleaning it before dawn, ensuring it’s ready for guests to enjoy by sunrise. The room and bathroom are both quite spacious. I will definitely be staying there again.

Everything was great!

Perfect retreat minutes by tuktuk from the centre of Kampot. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Whilst the hotel does not provide a restaurant, they have a free tuktuk into town at any time. To get back to the hotel only costs $2.00 in a tuktuk. The hotel rooms are great and the pool is perfect. If we return to Kampot in the future we will definately stay here again.

Would have been nice to have a restaurant or food available, though they had beers and soda and offered croissants for sale.

Amazing staff, friendly and helpful. Beautiful property with lovely pool and gardens. The rooms were huge and modern, really comfortable and cleaned every day. Linens and towels were all new and luxurious, a beautiful relaxing base for exploring Kampot.Located a little outside of main area but they have free tuk tuk into town

This is not a dislike but a comment for others that there is no restaurant or bar. A few beers or soft drinks from the refrigerator for around the pool and coffee served at the reception area in the morning. If you want anything else it’s into town

Very quiet and relaxing hotel just outside the town centre. Great room, pool area and attentive staff. Took advantage of the free tuk tuk into town ( it’s needed unless you want to walk 20 + mins) and free cycle hire.

, lack of place for luggage. Could use another chair. Additional mirror outside of bathroom needed. Ceiling lite functions as nite lite. Room not dark. (Cambodia thing?)

The manager was very approachable friendly & helpful all the staff friendly always smiling the beds were so comfortable A free Tuk tuk to town was a real plus loved my stay ♥️
