Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomShower drain was blocked so the bathroom flooded. Fan was covered in dust. Sink was FILTHY so I couldn’t use it. Towels were unclean. Cleanliness in bathroom needed to significantly improve.
Clean sheets. Air con worked. Fan worked. Water in the room.

United KingdomUnfortunately the place is dirty. I lifted the toilet seat up and it had pee and pubes on it which means it was not cleaned before my arrival. Bedsheets had stains on them and overall it felt dirty. WiFi is also bad and sometimes doesn’t work at all for 5 hours straight especially in the evenings No cleaning provided for the 5 nights I stayed there

UkraineThe hotel manager did not warn me that there is no boat from Sihanoukville to Sok San Pier, where the bungalow is located. Although he claimed otherwise before my booking. Also, when I arrived at the place (I rented a motorbike at Koh Tach pier), there was no staff member. There is no reception here, and the nearby restaurant is not open. I spent 30 minutes looking for the owners of the bungalow, until a guy from a nearby restaurant brought a key and opened the bungalow. Also, this place is too remote, does not have Wi-Fi, local SIM cards Smart and Metfon also do not work. I booked a bungalow for two nights, but only stayed for one.... Not very pleasant impressions remained, although the owner apologized and gave me a discount for one night's stay.
Clean and spacious bungalow, comfortable bed, clean bedding and towels. Sufficient light, fan, bottle of water, napkins. Close to the sea.
