    The view is beautiful and I was able to access the swimming pool early, thanks to the cleaning staff and security.. Breakfast was ok but not honoured by booking.com …hence I was charged.

    The noise from the nightclub at the back that destroys the businesses in the local area. Surely, they could turn off the bass of their tribal music so it doesn’t demand everyone’s heart thump to its beat. It’s damaging others so unloving. ( Matthew 7:12). By the way the door was damaged so didn’t lock properly on the last day. Fortunately, the 24 hour desk receptionists would have given some security so we were personally not affected.

    Nothing to like about this place but the hard working housekeepers.

    Patrick the manager was absolutely disrespectful and I would fire him if I was in charge of this establishment as I owned and operated several international hospitality venues. Look at how they handled my luggage… wow

    Free laundry facility but the dryer was not working

    The cleanliness is not up to the minimum standard especially the toilet (foul smell) Bathing area should be enclosed with glass to avoid getting the whole toilet wet Aircon has sound

    This has quickly become my favorite hotel in Phnom Penh. The river view is simply breathtaking, offering a serene backdrop to my stay. I've always been fond of Diamond Island, and this hotel's proximity to it is a bonus. The rooms are modern, well-appointed, and immaculately clean. I've stayed in many places around the world, and this one truly stands out. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

    The overall experience at this hotel was commendable. However, one minor drawback I noticed was the room deposit requirement. While I understand there must be reasons behind this practice, it's something that could be reconsidered for a more seamless guest experience. That said, it's worth noting that the deposit was promptly returned upon check-out. Despite this, I'd still recommend the hotel for its other outstanding features.

    We booked this place as the airbnb that we saw in Penthouse Residence, around 5 mins away was fully trashed by previous tenants and we had a really bad experience so finding this gem was truly the best. Room on the 28th floor facing the city and river meant amazing views at night and during the day time.

    Small shower and toilet They do require a 30$ deposit which wasn’t mentioned anywhere so have cash on you when you go
