Breakfast was decent, with a great egg station offering eggs cooked to order. However, the rest of the buffet was average and repetitive. One downside was the presence of dogs in the restaurant area, often begging for food.

I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at this lovely beachfront resort on Koh Rong. The property was clean, well maintained, and in great condition. I stayed in one of the bungalows, which was small but very clean, comfortable, and just a few steps from both the pool and the beach. The hotel is perfectly located right on the beach — which was impressively clean and peaceful. It’s also just a short 5-minute walk from the Long Set Beach ferry terminal, and only a few minutes' stroll along the shore to several restaurants and bars. The pool was a great way to cool off after spending time on the beach. It could benefit from a bit more greenery, as a few plants were missing, but overall, still a nice space to relax. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay — including meeting me at the ferry and guiding me to my bungalow. Overall, it’s a charming and well-located resort for a peaceful island escape.

Sadly our room did not meet our expectations. There was no safe in the room so we asked the reception to look after our passports. There were no chairs, no hairdryer and only one bedside table. I did not appreciate putting my things on the floor so requested a chair. There was nowhere to hang your towels after a shower! Not even towel hook! These are simple basic things that are needed to make your room comfortable. Although the resort held many functions whilst we were there we were never really happy with the food - it lacked consistency in taste and quality.

Loved the location and cleanliness of their part of the beach. Liked the hammocks and loungers. The relaxed feel of the resort. The breakfast and dinning areas were comfortable. The staff were always tentative and welcoming and the reception staff helped with any requests.

I received email on check in day to say 1 room in my booking of 2 was cancelled as they overbooked resort. Eventually was sorted when arrived. Limited breakfast choice and continually running out. Not enough day beds for guests...

We paid for a bungalow only to find out when we checked in after a very long wait that they gave our room away ? So they moved us to a far location from beach and not nice . We had to check out the next day they told us and check in a couple hours later to another room . We wasted hours of hour time . Our second room was better but they didn’t even apologize to us or give us a discount . Reception service was very slow , we had to wait so much . When you were talking to them they always started to help others before helping you , very frustrating . Not enough beach chairs for all the people .

There are cigarette butts around the bar/restaurant area - breakfast is ok, but they do have an egg chef!

The beach is beautiful

Wifi was not working in my bungalow maybe due to the location, the last in the alley. The breakfast is poor the fruit is not ripe and the choice not at the level expected for the price.

In the rooms where we stayed, the walls were quite thin, so sometimes the neighbours were loud. We were long stay and I wear ear plugs, so that helped. The coffee at breakfast was not the best or the hottest. The wifi was in and out, often due to power outages on the island. Welcome to island life!

We really liked the location with direct access to the best beach on this side of Koh Rong. If the sunbeds were at the Scarlet we’re all occupied, you could wonder a short distance to JiJi restaurant and use their sunbeds for free. Lots of good restaurants nearby. We were right beside a hostel with inexpensive paddle board rentals. The staff were nice and helpful. We enjoyed the 35 minute walk in to the village; it was crossing the lagoon at low tide or taking the mountain pass around the lagoon at high tide. The breakfast buffet was good and offered a decent selection of food options.

Staff is really unfriendly. They would not even say hello. Speak poor English.

Location is fine (although neighbouring bar was noisy sometimes) and breakfast varied. The room was comfy.

WiFi was awful. Didn’t reach the rooms and even the lobby/restaurant failed to load messages. It was fairly expensive for what it was, compared to other places we stayed on the island.

You were 2 minutes from the beach and the resort had sunbeds. The pool was also nice. Breakfast was decent with enough choice for the buffet. Staff were helpful.

Behavior of the front desk people was not good. We requested for late checkout few times(an option available as per our booking) which they denied citing full occupancy, which was a lie. We could see that rooms were empty. While we were waiting in the lobby, someone came and asked for a room and they provided the room effortlessly. They couldn't even provide a iron box for ironing when asked. That is not something expected from a resort.

Ac was not as strong in one room, they moved me to another which was great. Many bugs! But in a beach/jungle area it is to be expected!

Amazing views, location, facilities, excursions, rooms. Everything was picturesque, couldn’t recommend more. Pool was lovely, the place wasn’t busy, and it’s in such a great location with the sea less than 1min from the rooms. The rooms were comfortable with good sized beds and bathrooms. Thank you!

Property was run down. Swimming pool often looked dirty despite them cleaning it daily and had tiles missing. Breakfast very average. No bacon and food was cold. Bed hard and not comfortable. Room substandard.

Everything is pretty dated(as you can see in the photos) the bungalows are basic. Sellotape to cover holes in the paper textured walls. The ‘white’ furniture has a yellow grime tinge to it. Even the beer is kept cool in a cooler rather than the fridge.

Location on the beach was great. Aircon worked well once it was able to cool down the bungalow. Large bright, clean bathroom. Good shower. Daily room cleaning. Breakfast- eggs & breakfast pancakes cooked fresh Infront of you. It’s lovely to have the option of the pool, although it is missing a few tiles

Open air pool need maintenance /renovation. Tails missing, loose or wrong repaired... watch your step! Wifi poor in the bungalows, very good in the lobby and restaurant. Very but very hard communication with restaurant staff. The language barrier is too big, so if you ask for salt and pepper u will not get it. They don't even have it. I went to the kitchen to get some. No shakers so small saucers instead. It's a pity in the world's capital of Campot pepper-best in the World. Only instant coffee available.

Pool area is in need of maintenance and the resort feels dated, but the location makes up for this.

Beachfront location, just a short walk from the pier and local restaurants. Our bungalow had a spacious terrace and was spaced well from the next property. Breakfast is a buffet, with lots of options.
