The pool looked nice, it had a fridge

It was very, very basic accommodation that left a lot to be desired. we rented because it said it had cooking facilities. The kitchen was filthy with a very old dirty scourer, no cutlery to speak of, and just one fork, no knives and lots and lots of cockroaches. There was nowhere to store food except the fridge and no hot water to wash up. We were left a half used bar of soap in the bathroom and half a toilet roll when we arrived, although we did ask for more and were given another loo roll, it didn't leave a very good first impression.. The bathroom was very grubby, the shower curtain probably should have been thrown away some time ago and again lots and lots of roaches, The bed wasnt too bad to be fair, but we had two very flat pillows and some very old sheets and no cover on the duvet which Im hoping they wash after each visit! It was impossible to block out the light as some windows had no curtains, and the blinds didn't really do their job. We're not overly fussy and are happy with cheap and cheerful, but this place was not nice it felt very grubby and didn't deliver on what was promised. It was certainly overpriced. We noticed the rule book listed lots of information for long term let's in Cambodian and it may be better suited to that rather than catering for foreign visitors but Im sure they wouldnt pay the sort of money we did. . We are quite independent travellers, but there was no information on anything, and despite the blurb saying they speak fluent English, the staff we dealt with certainly didn't really speak any. Im. afraid I can't recommend this property and infact cancelled a further stay we had booked on our return to Phnom Phen. There are definitely better places out there both in terms of value for money and facilities. It's a no from us, sadly.

Very comfortable bed. Aircon and shower effective. Likable area. Secure property and staff made me welcome.

Vermin in bathroom. Holes in grouting need filling to exclude cockroaches. Only fault to find at property.

Location was very central, staff was lovely and helpful. Bedding and towels were clean.

The description mentioned two double beds, but in reality there was only one. Quite dirty and the area wasn't very safe. At night we made sure to be dropped off by a tuk tuk.

Location close to attractions, small kitchen, spacious room, fine for a night or two

Quite a lot of small roaches, whole accomodation had a bit of a rundown feeling to it
