Lovely staff, clean rooms, pool was refreshing. Not far from pub street, heaps of tuk tuks or a 15 minute walk. Special mention to the most beautiful BORen, a lovely Cambodian lady who will make you the most delicious cocktails with a huge smile on her face. Really recommend this hotel.

Slightly too far to walk into the centre so you'll need to take a three minute tuktuk ride, but it's only one dollar so all part of the experience.

Beautiful room, great staff, excellent pool and décor and very nice restaurant. Highly recommended.

Break fast was decent and Pool was good for the kids to enjoy on a hot day. its a 10 min walk to the centre or a $1 tuk tuk from the hotel to the centre.

Amazing staff that were so kind and accommodating for us, especially the late check in. They also helped us book in for tours and Min, our Tuk Tuk driver, was the absolute best. He was so sweet and went out of the way to stay up late to drive us around even though he didn’t need to. Could not recommend this place enough

The tv gave my partner a serious electrical shock when we informed staff we were dismissed and said it couldn’t have happened. We also had to pay to pay half the price of the room to check in an hour early as couldn’t leave our bags just was a bit disappointing for a four star hotel.

There’s a lot of ants in the fruit and bread at breakfast which is very unhygienic and gross. Breakfast setting is also odd as you have to order the food you want, so it’s not really a buffet. The food chosen is a large quantity so there’s easily waste. It’s be better to have a buffet so people can chose what they want and the portion they want.

The hotel is stunning. The architecture and design are really pretty. Rooms are also comfortable and well cleaned every day. Location is alright, not very central but easily walkable in 15 minutes.

Our stay at this hotel was really great! The staff is always very available to help in anything you need. They also pick you up from the bus station for free when you arrive. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. Very good value for your money
