Fantastic location, only a 100 metres from one of the ferry jetty. Staff were super friendly, attentive and helpful. Our return ferry was booked from the far end of the beach but the staff made a call tow ensure we would be picked up at the jetty closest to the villa which was super helpful with 2 kids. Food was great. Beach fantastic. Nice and shallow for those who have young kids. More bars and restaurants down the beach should you want more variety.

The location is very close to the pier and beach. The room has minimum facility and it was enough for me. The restaurant is close to my room, so that when I need something, I could visit the restaurants in a minute.

Absolute paradise! All the staff were lovely and the rooms were cosy and comfy. The villas and bungalows are located on a secluded private beach, a perfect escape to paradise. Also, their dogs (Tom-Tom, baby and girly) were super friendly and made the stay even better. The food and drinks were excellent. Would go back 100 times over! No WiFi in the rooms, only able to get wifi in reception/restaurant but is expected based on the property type. Nearest shop was 15 minute walk up the beach, but is a nice stroll.

Great location right on the beach, was amazing being able to walk right out and be on the beach in 10 seconds. Staff were very helpful and the restaurant had a variety of delicious food!

The bungalows are pretty basic/rustic, don’t expect any luxury. Also, be prepared to encounter a lot of bugs (they were there first I guess). It was very hot at night which made it hard to sleep, next time I would probably take a cabin with A/C. Finally, I was very sad to see how the island is being destroyed by the Chinese, if only the locals could team up against this exploitation…

This is the perfect place to slow down and just be. Saracen beach is absolutely stunning and the nature/birds around even prettier. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and will make sure you enjoy your stay at fullest. The restaurant serves good food (I think we’ve almost tried the whole menu during our stay).

Nothing really. Only thing was there was no kettle or fridge in the bungalow.

Bungalow looked straight out onto the beach which was perfect. The area is really quiet which is ideal if that’s what you’re looking for. Staff are super nice. I got bit by mosquitoes and took an allergic reaction during our stay, and the owner lent me some cream and got me antihistamines from the mainland which was so kind and helpful. No WiFi in the bungalow but you could access it in the restaurant / lounge area. Food was great and reasonably priced too.

There are bars on the bedroom windows, but there should also be a lock on the bathroom door on the bedroom side. Anyone can climb over the external bathroom wall and enter the bedroom.

Fabulous location at the quiet end of Saracen beach just next to the pier. The bungalow was simple but had a/c and a nice space outside for relaxing. Staff were friendly and the food was good. I would definitely return.

The room was not extremely clean, and it was not as fancy as could have been. Be prepared to meet several animals, you are in the nature after all. We have been worked up every night by tue verse of a gecho. Some of tue employees were very slow and meals can take a long time, but it is a relaxing holiday.

The location is great, on a quite and beautiful beach. Our villa was right in front of the beach, it was great to wake up in the morning with this beauty. Several beach beds and amacas available for the guests. The restaurant serves very good meals at cheap prices in a nice location.

The staff were excellent, and most helpful. The restaurant served excellent food, with a laid back atmosphere. The room itself was good and best described as shabby chic. The location is right on the beach and a short walk from the landing pier.

Rooms need safety deposit boxes. And locks on our front door and window were broken. Didn’t feel very secure.

The shower is outdoor and gets a bit dark at night. There's no hot water and no hairdryer. There could be plenty of mosquitoes in the room if you don't keep the doors closed

It's right on a gorgeous beach and far from the noisy backpaker area. The room is cozy and has its own little outdoor chilling space, you can dry your clothes easily. The lobby/restaurant is spacious and relaxing. We had a wonderful stay and were sad that we had to leave.

Not much I didn't like. The premises are set up to draw you into common area which is also bar and kitchen area where water and wifi available only. Did not know units do not have hot water. Cold only. Which was not a big issue due to climate.

Room was clean and practical. Ocean views were as advertised. Food was always good with a great team of friendly staff.

Located at the quieter end of Saracen Bay , the bungalows are simple but comfortable. The shower was cold water but in the heat this was OK. Staff are lovely, very welcoming and helpful. The beach in front of the bungalows is stunning, very clean. I ate at their restaurant every day and there was a good variety of food.

Be aware if you choose not to book a room with air con it will be very hot in the room.

The location is absolutely stunning the views from the beach are unbelievable it’s truly paradise. The restaurant on site is superb too you would have no need to leave the complex you have everything you need on hand. It was a great space with good wifi so you could work in the restaurant no problem with the most unbelievable view. The rooms were basic but having this common space was brilliant and all food was perfect.

Got a bit bitten by bugs!

Beautiful location. Easy access to the ferries. Villas are great - not lap of luxury but we knew that when booking. Loved it.
