Breakfast was fantastic but let down by the coffee….. sorry not a coffee snob but push button coffee (that is passable at best) at a location like this is an opportunity to improve.

There was no day spa on site. The rooms were a little small to all the other rooms recently stayed in around Asia .

All the staff were wonderful and very keen to assist. I needed needed access to some medical assistance and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Many options on site to enjoy a relaxing break while staying in the beach.

The tap water taste like soil/ rust and smelly. The food was not that great at the restaurant. There some awful smell on the beach side.

The room was too small / AC wasn't that cold. The kids pool was too small and dirty because of the grass and dirt next to the slide. The over all of my experience there and the price doesn't match my expectations 😞

I think the French abandoned the hotel. Novotel Sihanoukville is no longer what it used to be. It feels like it has been taken over by someone else—maybe even the neighbors—because the service, cleanliness, and overall experience have completely collapsed. The service was horrible. At the pool, the smell of sewage was unbearable and made it impossible to enjoy the area. The buffet food was mediocre, clearly not fresh, and in very short supply. It felt more like a school canteen than a four-star hotel restaurant. Housekeeping was a joke. When we asked for the room to be cleaned, they just made the bed—no sheet change, no proper cleaning. That’s not just poor service, it’s disrespectful to paying guests. For a hotel that claims to be four stars, this is completely unacceptable. Shame!

Coincidentally stayed during a car launching event, noisy, bad reception and mismanaging car park! If i got noticed this when making the reservation, I’d reconsider.

Please educate the staff at the breakfast place on their speech and behavior. They are rude. He must be a manager, judging by the glasses and suit he wears. Very rude.

The bedding was not good, so it was hard to sleep. It was also a difficult place for guests to stay comfortably. It was difficult to park and very noisy because of the event crowd. And the air conditioning was weak, so it was very hot. And the hotel breakfast and room service food are not that great. Even if other things are inconvenient, the fact that the food is not tasty is really disappointing.

Beach is surrounded by sewers from adjacent hotels.

Bit soulless. And for a hotel that seemed fairly empty they put us next to a couple that we could hear through the door. The location while next to the beach doesn’t have much around it. You wouldn’t for example go for a walk outside the hotel really as there was not much around it that you would want to explore.

You were next to the beach and we were here only for the night on our back from Koh Rong. The place did the job as a stop over point. It was not amazing, but it was not bad either.

The shower drains in the two rooms we had seemed to be clogged or water was not draining properly (and shower doors weren’t sealed properly). Therefore, a lot of water floods out every time we showered. There were also ants in one of the rooms.

It is by the ocean and has access to the beach.
