The hotel needs maintenance throughout. Pipes in the bathroom smell, there's mould on the shower tiles, little things don't work. It's a shame for the price tag! Also, the gym has no AC and equipment is not well maintained (pieces missing or misplaced).

Location is great, right next to the pier and yet still very clean and quiet. Breakfast and food in general were great. The highlight is of course the hotel dog, Mark! The sweetest dog who likes to swim with tourists.

Beautiful setting on the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed all the food and the happy hour cocktails. Lovely place to relax. The staff were all very friendly and we enjoyed chatting to them.

Beautiful location, right near the arrival jetty. Beautiful clean beach, breakfast was delicious and rooms were comfortable. Our teen children had a twin room which there were also happy with. Would recommend if you enjoy relaxing near a beautiful beach

The welcoming staff at long set resort made our trip, we felt completely comfortable and felt all of our needs were met during our stay. The resort was a piece of luxury we needed, with amazing pools, great restaurant and the beach was a slice of heaven! We even had massages which were reasonably priced and helped us feel relaxed. Highly recommend this hotel and we hope to visit again soon!

Perhaps needs to have bit more privacy in the room. Having to close the curtain meant the room was too dark. Also perhaps the wooden boards around the pool could do with replacing

The food in the restaurants around is also great, so don't forget to explore around.

The property is right on the beach and very close to where the ferry drops you. The rooms are great, and the beach is even better. If you are looking for solititude, this is not your place. But if you are in Koh Rong in the off season, like we were, this is the best option. The other beaches may feel dead and really empty. While everything was lovely and the staff is really nice, I wish they had some more English speaking staff around. Having said that, they went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable.

No bedside lights, and light in the room a bit dim to read by. Only 1 bedside table, and would love to see refillable water bottles and a water station for guests to use as we've had everywhere else in Cambodia to minimise plastic use.

This is a great place with a beautiful garden setting, set on a beautiful beach. It is extremely well run and was immaculate in our room, outside areas are groomed daily the pools were spotless, our room was spruced up every day, the beach was well cared for. Quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was fabulous, best we've had on our Cambodia travels, a good selection of delicious hot foods with ample vegetarian options, an egg / soup station, many types of fruit daily, croissants, bread, cold meat, cheese and pickles. The food from the menu was also excellent, so much so that we ate at the resort every night of our 6 night stay. Good coffee and a big selection of drinks. What really made this place outstanding was the fantastic staff here. From meeting us off the ferry, welcoming us with cold drinks and towels on arrival, to the continued care for us during our stay, the welcoming bunch at reception, the helpful and friendly waiters and waitresses, the managers who took time to come and talk with us and learn some more about their lives, we appreciated each and every one. Beach towels are provided, as are a couple of paddleboards to have a go on. A good number of sunbeds on the beach, and tables and chairs. Tea, coffee and water were restocked daily. Aircon worked well. We loved it here and can highly recommend it to all.

The gym equipment is great, there is good variety but a few of the machines didn’t work. It’s really a small thing if I had to write something negative.

We had an amazing stay at the Long Set Resort, so much so that we extended our stay by 3 more nights. The resort is perfect if you want to chill and relax on the beach. The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond for us at all times. The resort is right next to Long Set pier and they even took our bags to and from the boat for us. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

A group of guests did a very annoying Karaoke Performance right next to the restaurant during dinner. I was really disappointed that the staff did not ask them to stop

All the staff were excellent (could not fault), except the restaurant staff. They could have been more attentive. We often had to wait a long time to be served or have to go up and get their attention. And this was for every meal for the entire 4 days, not just one off day. They didn't seem bothered to want to serve us. It would also be nice if they had a non-dairy milk option for coffee and tea in the morning

Long Set Resort was a great place to stay! It was in the perfect location, one minute walk from the ferry dock, on the best beach (it was close to other resorts so you weren't restricted to only staying there). The beds and pillows were very comfy and loved that me and my 2 friends could share one room together (2 large double beds). The staff were helpful and arranged motorbikes and tuktuks for us, and brought us things to the room when we asked. They also made sure our bags didn't get wet during a thunderstorm when we had to leave. The sunbeds were comfy (just get down early to get one in the sun) and the food and drinks at the restaurant were great. The breakfast had excellent options.

Honestly, there is nothing I can think of that was bad about this stay apart from the fact I was unwell whilst there, I was super grateful to have a nice and comfortable room to recover in. My illness had started before I arrived on the island.

The hotel is in a wonderful location a minutes walk from where the boat drops you on the island. It is situated on the most beautiful beach with lots of sunbeds and space. It's a little slice of heaven, a beautiful outdoor restaurant and also a lovely pool area.
