Central location

Great property with amazing views from the room and pool. Got upgraded to a bigger room so didn’t have to share a bed with our daughter which was amazing. Great location and the pool was great.

Well located. Nice and friendly staff.

The swimming pool had too chlorine so it ruined my swimming custom and my jewelry. Also our skin was so dried. We enjoyed the swimming pool but they should check the chlorine level because it was unhealthy.

The best and probably main selling point was the amazing rooftop area. Breakfast was also really good! Location is pretty good and staff welcoming although struggled with basic English.

Room was a little dirty in places suggesting rooms are not thoroughly cleaned. Rooftop pool is small with lots of people using and was bit cloudy. You can likely find better places for similar price.

Rooftop area makes it worth the stay and location also good

Staff didn’t speak English very well and lift was out for several hours making long flights of stairs difficult! Rooms bit smaller and lack quality of other places we have stayed

Location was good. Beds were comfortable. Simple but sufficient breakfast.

We stayed for 3 nights and had no hot water the entire time. Despite asking staff several times, we were told each room has a small water heater, but even the first person to shower had no hot water, which doesn’t add up. We also booked a car to Siem Reap through the hotel with an 8:30am pickup. The driver didn’t arrive until 9:30am, and staff gave vague updates without checking his location. The car was in poor condition, cracked windscreen, no working seatbelts in the back, and the driver showed up with an empty fuel tank. We had to stop several times for fuel, and the car would randomly lose power, requiring the driver to stop, open the bonnet, and restart the engine. Overall, a disappointing experience with poor service and safety concerns.

The rooftop pool and sky bar has the most beautiful view of the city and since the hotel is centrally located in Phnom Penh it makes it easy to get around. We stayed in the family room with two connected bedrooms which worked very well with two teenage/early adult sons. The hotel staff was extremely sweet and helpful. On Saturdays and Sundays there is a food market within walking distance.

There is a room above the rooftop pool that can be rented for parties, which happened when we were there. It was not a big problem but we could hear karaoke on the 8th floor where we stayed..

Little gem of a hotel with AMAZING views from the rooftop bar of the Royal Palace and the city. Gorgeous infinity pool with the same view. Lovely, large clean, modern family room. Friendly staff and good breakfast. We return in a few days and I'm pleased as we were sad to leave it!

I like the 3 beds and the location of the hotel.

The walls were too thin, the elevators was very small.

Reception was very friendly and helpful. Staff at the bar were exceptional. Best cocktails 🍸 👌

Great location, near to the markets, pub street and many restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Happy to organise rides etc for us. Went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Was a little noisy due to the awesome location as there is a club 2 doors up. Beds were extremely hard, but when mentioned to staff, they went out of their way to top them with additional padding which helped.

All very much ok . But day time security person not supported to customers .

My little son vomited on the bed and the hotel charged us usd40 for cleaning it. That's not good customer service
