Staff was sweet, friendly, and helpful. Was able to rent a motorbike for $5.00 a day which was awesome. Breakfast was delightful. Bed was clean and comfortable. A/C kept us content.

This place was so quiet and clean. I was so peaceful to wake up to. Very central, only $1 via tuk tuk to the main action. The breakfast was amazing. Beautiful home stay. Wish we had more time to enjoy this place more.

Staff were nice with a welcome drink when we arrived. The family were very friendly - one of the cleanest places we have stayed in SE Asia. The fridge was great and the smart telly was a bonus! Super quiet and just a short walk over the birdie to the main town centre. Amazing price for what you get! Would highly recommend

Super friendly and helpful staff. They rented out motorbikes for just 5$ a day, organized bus trips for us and recommended places to visit.

Amazing stay! Run by nice family, good breakfast is served. They give you the best recommendations, a welcome drink and you can rent motorbike for 5usd/day, laundry 1usd/kg. Cleaning all day your room. 10min walking from central part of the city Totally recommended

Unfortunately we lost a nice piece of clothing in the laundry service.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the property was lovely and clean. We were let into the room 5 hours early which was extremely generous!

The guest house is located on a quiet street on the other side of the River. By walking across the Old Rainbow Bridge the main downtown area of Kampot is easily reached in 10 minutes. The family that runs the hotel is very friendly and helpful. They rent motorbikes ($5/ day), bicycles ($1/day) and do laundry. We arranged a tour through the guest house to a pepper farm, Secret Lake and salt flats and the driver spoke excellent English. Breakfasts were very good and were in a nice covered outside area. Room was clean and towels changed daily. We would definitely stay here again!

The room we had just looked onto a brick wall on next doors property - not a problem just no view! Also (which we knew when booking) the guesthouse is over the river from the main area of Kampot - you’ll have fun walking over the bridge to get to the other side haha.

The family running the guesthouse were all so so lovely. The bikes were so cheap to rent per day, very handy for going up to the pepper plantations and exploring the area. Smart tv in the room meant we could watch Netflix which was good. Beds were so comfy and pillows were amazing. We would definitely come back!

Everything about this guesthouse was great. I loved the location which was a short walk across the bridge from the main tourist area. The room was spotless, the AC and hot water worked brilliantly, and the family that owned it was super nice. Highly recommend!

Family guest house run bu lovely people. Very friendly, happy to assist with anything really. They have 2 bicycles on a side which we used for two days. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. It haf a small fridge, kettle, some tea and instant coffee. We had our towels changed on day 2. The room was cleaned every day. Very good shower pressure. In general I highly recommend the place. In a quiet area, walkable distance to town, 10mins over the old bridge. I am picky, and this place was very good!

The guesthouse is run by a family, they are very welcoming and helpful. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and comfortable . Rooms were a good size and clean and comfortable., short walk to the river and town . It was great value for money.

The bathrooms are small but a hot shower with ample pressure is guaranteed. There seems to be a problem with at least one of the room’s door locks. The guests staying close to my room were constantly trying to lock and unlock their door to get it open and or locked, creating a little bit of noise. A small thing, but important and probably easily fixed.

I have stayed here a few times so I guess that says a lot. A very friendly family run business and good value for money.

The stay was very nice, the check was very easy. All the amenities were easily at hand. Access to a motorcycle if you wanted it. Great breakfast, and a very welcoming staff. The room was perfectly clean. The bathroom had a nice hot shower. The daily turndown service made you feel very pampered. Only a short walk to town, yet just enough outside to keep out the loud street noise.
