We're very sorry you found mosquitoes in your room. Please, always let the front desk know immediately so the team can take action to resolve this for you. We're also sorry to hear that neither the shaded pool in the Jungle Addition or Penh House's rooftop pool with Royal Palace views fully met your expectations for size and ambiance. We understand you were looking for a more distinct Southeast Asian feel. Finally, we apologize for the presence of a feral cat in the lush Jungle Addition garden. While the garden setting can sometimes attract such visitors, we are taking steps to manage this to ensure a comfortable environment for all the guests.
