This place is called PARADISE. In the package we bought we had included the pick up at the airport, the massage and the laundry. Starting with the pick-up everything was perfect. When we arrived the structure greeted us with an excellent iced tea and fantastic news, a room upgrade, a suite with a pool view! The room is very large, very clean, always fresh, the staff is always very kind and available for all our requests. The spa has always satisfied our requests with excellent and relaxing massages. The rich and high quality breakfast and the pool deserves an honourable mention, beautiful, clean, large and refreshing. Perfect location also to easily visit the temples of Angkor and reach the city centre. What else to say, we loved you!

I initially booked 7 nights at Shintana Saya La Maison but ended up extending my stay for 4 more — that alone says how much I enjoyed it. From the warm welcome to the attentive service throughout, everything was exceptional. The staff are truly caring and professional, always going the extra mile to make your stay special. The swimming pool area is a peaceful oasis — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the temples. I also treated myself to a massage every day, which became a highlight of my stay. The quality and consistency were excellent. The on-site restaurant is fantastic. Every meal I had was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. It’s clear the kitchen puts a lot of care into everything they serve. Thank you to everyone at Shintana Saya La Maison. You made my stay in Siem Reap truly memorable. I highly recommend this residence to anyone looking for calm, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

Can’t say enough about how amazing this place is. Steven was incredible and made everything perfect for us at every turn. Food was so good, pool is outstanding. And the room was incredible. We had a garden and a palm tree in our bathroom and a little patio with greenery outside our front door. The grounds are stunning and the location is fantastic because you can leave and walk out into actual Siem Reap neighborhoods or you can stay there for White Lotus level of service and surroundings. I would come back to Cambodia just for this hotel!

The service and staff were exceptional. The food was plentiful in variety and value. The pool is accessible by all rooms easily. The free tuk-tuk service was a great feature (going to destination) minimal cost for return trip.

Just a minor thing, housekeeping service was quite early, around 8.30 in our case. We were usually at breakfast during that time, but if one wants to sleep longer perhaps better to use the do not disturb tag.

One of the best stays I've had in my life. Attention to the customer is top notch, and the staff always present, kind, smiley and helpful. We chose a package and were absolutely happy with our choice. The room was very clean, nice and very comfortable, and we had free laundry service! The massages at the spa are fantastic, I highly recommend the package including them. The hotel is also very pleasant to stay in, and the staff can easily arrange transportation to Angkor Wat, the floating villages or the city centre, which is a few minutes tuktuk ride away. Breakfast has had everything we could want. All in all a very satisfying experience. Hiighly recommended!

The hotel was very luxurious and clean and the facilities were excellent. This is hands down one of the best places we have stayed in terms of customer service. The staff were exceptional, and always there with a smile to help you or make your stay more comfortable. Our booking came with complimentary massage; wine and a support transfer in their luxury minibus. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

We liked the various booking options to include airport pick up/drop off, massage, etc. The staff were amazing, from the helpfulness of Thai, with our questions before arrival and arranging our first day's tour, to all the staff at the hotel. Gestures such as fresh coconut milk and cold towels on arrival at the airport made the experience special. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. It was greatly appreciated having the complementary tuk tuk service to the town. We will definitely return to this hotel when visiting Siem Reap and recommend it to family & friends. Thank you to all the staff.

Genuinely, we loved it, nothing to not like

A little oasis that was perfect after busy days and early mornings. Where to start with what we liked, location is good and a little outside the real hustle and bustle of the town itself. Hotel provides tuk tuk to get into the town whenever you need and you pay $3 to get back, which is a bargain. The staff are friendly and attentive and could not fault any of them. All were lovely. You get a free spa treatment with your room, which was amazing me and my daughter had an hours massage each. The pool is gorgeous, and clean pool towels constantly topped up. If like us and back packing (with hotels) the included same day laundry service is a great touch.

Very beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and delicious food. Lots of extras included like breakfast, fruit in the room, a bottle of lovely wine a massage which was just right, free laundry service and free pick up from airport or bus station. 10 minutes to Angkor Wat by tuk tuk. Thank you so much for looking after us. We would definitely come back.

On a couple of occasions the hot water did not work - but that is very minor.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. You can either relax and treat the hotel like a resort or the staff will happily assist with tours and packed days of activities - temples, waterfalls, city markets, entertainment and anything else you keen to see. Our guide Kim and driver were fantastic. Didn’t try to push us to a pace we couldn’t handle.
