Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. CambodiaThe attached restaurant let it down by serving a spider in a pineapple smoothie. I refused to drink the drink I bought after that and ended up not really eating as I was put off my food. So wasted 20 bucks. Regrettably, that incident, and the 20$ early arrival fee and the first room having bad ac and us paying 20$ extra for sweating for the first several hours, is enough for me to choose other hotels close by and the same money. Which one has been outstanding.
The hotel was alright, a few thing went wrong but in general it’s fine.

New ZealandSuper minor, but the wifi didn't extend across the whole of the room floor plate so we had to be in the living areas to make use of it.
Pool was great for the kids, breakfast was included and great for the family, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. As it was rainy season it wasn't very busy so we basically had the pool to ourselves, which meant the kids had a ball.

United KingdomPool was smaller than we expected from photos but we didn’t have time to use it anyway. Dining room and breakfast were average in terms of choice offered elsewhere on our travels, but perfectly adequate. There was a full blind in the bathroom to obscure view into the room, which wasn’t ideal. Our friend’s room had a wall directly in front of the window but they were moved as soon as staff were made aware they weren’t happy.
Good location - we were only there one full day and took a day’s tuk tuk tour to take in all the main sites, which was excellent. Staff very helpful, polite and respectful, although some had limited English, although see that as much our shortcoming as theirs. We left for airport before breakfast but staff kindly made up a nice parcel of food to take with us.

United StatesThe AC doesn’t work very well. It takes a good 2 hours to cool the room. If you are a hot sleeper like me it’s never cool enough. First room I checked into smelled like smoke. They moved me to 2nd room. AC didn’t work. Moved to 3rd room. It was a bigger room. I added an extra night and they wanted to charge me $20 more a night because room was bigger. Even though they put me there because other rooms had big problems.
The staff is very helpful. Property is clean.
