Nothing - it was perfect

This hotel was our final stop in a 2 week trip travelling around Vietnam and Cambodia. We absolutely loved it here. The hotel grounds were stunning, and it was so well run and maintained. The staff were all so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Jenny went above and beyond to make sure our trip was enjoyable. The rooms were very comfortable, the restaurant delicious (we ate here a few times) and they also had a shuttle service to take you into the centre by tuk tuk which was greatly received.

If there is one small area that could be improved, it would be the poolside upkeep. Because of the beautiful trees that provide shade, the sunbeds can sometimes gather leaves/dust, and on a few occasions, drinks from previous guests were not cleared away as promptly as everything else in the resort usually is. It’s a minor detail in an otherwise outstanding experience, but worth mentioning as it would make the pool area just as flawless as the rest of the resort.

The property itself is a beautiful urban oasis - serene, stylish, and perfectly located - but what truly makes it stand out is the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Every member of the team we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay memorable. We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room late at night and within minutes, the staff not only came to check but also promptly arranged another room for us, making the move seamless and stress-free. The rooms are immaculate and tastefully designed, offering comfort and calm. The pool and garden area provide a perfect retreat from the heat, and the overall atmosphere is both relaxing and refined. We cannot recommend Eightfold Urban Resort highly enough — if you are visiting Siem Reap, this is the place to stay.

I cannot think of anything negative about this place.

We had an excellent stay overall. The hospitality of resort was the highlight! The staff lead by the manager were so friendly, soft spoken and paid attention to detail! Nina, our personal hostess was amazing and proactive in taking care of our needs. The resort ambience was good too. The dinners were delicious. Do not miss the dragon fruit smoothie. Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting siem reap

From Nina at the reception to Laila in the restaurant, it is every staff member that really make a difference. From the moment you step foot in the hotel, they make you feel so welcome that you don’t want to leave!

Everything was perfect

My partner and I recently stayed at Eighty-Eight Urban Resort in Siem Reap, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. We booked a room with a private pool, which was an amazing luxury and made our stay feel extra special. What truly sets this hotel apart is the extraordinary service. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special shout-out goes to William, the concierge, who was absolutely fantastic. He gave us so many excellent restaurant recommendations, and every single one was a hit. We tried a lot of places during our trip, but the food at the hotel's own restaurant was so good that we ended up eating there more than once. It was truly some of the best food we had in Siem Reap, and we can't recommend it enough. For anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Siem Reap, Eighty-Eight Urban Resort is the perfect choice. The beautiful rooms, private pools, and outstanding service, especially from William, made our trip unforgettable.

The food could be improved – breakfast lacked variety compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in, and both breakfast and our one dinner at the restaurant were a little bland. On the positive side, the coffees and smoothies were excellent, though the two cocktails we tried weren’t to our taste. Hotel pool was very cold, so couldn’t really enjoy it

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended” From the moment we arrived until the time we left, William was an amazing host who couldn’t do enough for us. His warmth and attentiveness really made our stay special. Eric provided excellent service when serving our meals – professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. We also booked the Angkor Wat tour recommended by the hotel. Our tuk-tuk driver was fantastic – very helpful, polite, and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. We stayed in a swim-up pool room, which was a real treat, complete with a large bath and shower. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations – we couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

We recently stayed at Eightfold Resort for a much-needed getaway, and from start to finish, it was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth by the staff, who are incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Stay here! You won't regret it! The pictures do not do this place justice!! It was such a stunning property, the room was comfortable and gorgeous. But the swim-out patio was the highlight! After exploring temples in 100°F+ weather, coming back to your room and pool? Nothing is better. Additionally, the service? TOP NOTCH! So attentive. Everyone was incredible. I felt like a celebrity staying there. This place is incredible. I can't say enough good things about it.
