Noise - walls so thin we heard our neighbour come back at 2am and make a phonecall. Bathroom flooded.

From the very first moment until the last, my stay at the Chaiya Palace Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. The staff went above and beyond in every possible way, always welcoming me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. A very special mention goes to Sam, who was truly exceptional throughout my stay. He organized my transportation whenever I needed, responded immediately to my requests, and always made sure everything was perfect. His dedication and professionalism were remarkable, and I deeply thank him for making my time in Phnom Penh so smooth and enjoyable. At the same time, the entire team deserves praise. Ratanak, Dennie, and everyone else I met at the hotel were equally wonderful friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. On top of the amazing service, the hotel surprised me with a free upgrade to a superior room, which made my stay even more comfortable. The facilities are excellent: a beautiful rooftop pool, a generous breakfast with an unforgettable view over Phnom Penh, and a location that couldn’t be more convenient. To me, this is by far the best hotel in Phnom Penh, and I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and true hospitality. Chaiya Palace Hotel is simply a choice of excellence !

This hotel was faultless. Absolutely stunning modern decor, including all of the rooms, lobby area, restaurant. We were upgraded for free when we arrived and we had a room on the 9th floor with panoramic views. It was honestly amazing. All of the staff were so knowledgeable and friendly and could not do enough for you. This hotel was ten out of ten for us and we would definitely return.

The location was excellent, in walking distance to the palace and other sites and away from the very busy and seedier tourist areas. The staff were wonderful, so helpful and professional.

Breakfast was good with choices that were amazing, we ate outside and the staff were very attentive coffee refills and more food that we could eat very well located and great views all the staff were helpful the inhouse spa was great the massages were exactly what was needed after a long flight with lengthy delays

Nothing, bed was super comfortable for western standards and room had everything. We loved our balcony too. And the city is loud but didn’t hear any of it. Great spot to chill and jumping off point for what Phonm Penh has to offer.

Room was so wonderful. So well thought out and constructed. Rooftop pool is fantastic. Staff incredible and food was delicious. We ate here multiple times and enjoyed the rooftop and also the central location. There is a mini mart steps away and tuk tuks to take you anywhere else.

I love the staff, room, restaurant and spa. All the staff are so friendly and nice, our room was clean and the view from the restaurant and spa was amazing! The only downside was the small lounge area by the pool.

Pool was starting to go green on the walls and the waterfall feature wasn’t on the entire time we were there. They had lots of staff around the hotel lobby and restaurant but never any on the roof top area to serve drinks. Had to walk down stairs to the restaurant to order a drink every time. Also the happy hour was unnecessarily complicated. A bit of a shame as the roof top is such a beautiful area so we didn’t spend much time there which is also lost revenue for the hotel. Gym was tiny and its air conditioning was broken the four nights we stayed. Laundry service wasn’t great, clothes didn’t feel overly clean and was a bit pricey relatively speaking. Overall just a few small things that if tightened up, could make this a 10/10 experience.

Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and spacious. Location was great, a short tuk tuk to all the main sights. Overall happy with our stay.

There is zero noise from outside the hotel, however, doors closing and loud voices could be heard from within the room. A little disturbing late at night.

It's in a great location with easy access to many places of interest. The staff are super helpful in assisting with any additional requirements and general directions to local shops and amenities. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh with a good view from the balcony.

Nothing, it was all perfect!

The staff were the true highlight of my stay. From being welcomed when I arrived, to the staff in the restaurant, and even the cleaning staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful! The facilities here are incredible! The rooftop pool offers an amazing view of the city. The restaurant offers a delicious breakfast and the dinner meals were superb. The cocktails were subline! The bathroom in my room was awesome and I spent plenty of time soaking in the massive tub. The location of the hotel is ideal, close to many sites of interest and only a short tuktuk ride to many others.

Everything, staff so friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the room was perfect. The best hotel TV I've had in years, and the shower great. They organise drivers, tuk tuks, and tours - whatever you need - and will post your mail. Roof top pool with a great view.
