Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomLocation is far from main attractions but close to the airport. Traffic is crazy. Nothing near the hotel. Breakfast choice is good but food arrived cold.
Sports based hotel. Wonderful swimming pool, and many sports available. Tennis, badminton, paddle, table tennis, pool, and horse riding.

United StatesHotels in the same area at the same price range is probably worth looking into as a better alternative in terms of comfort levels and easy of mobility.
Close vicinity to the airport, decent breakfast made to order. Hotel is in separate buildings and may be confusing to figure out at first. Rooms are decent and clean, however room layout not super ideal. Hot water for the shower was also an issue. They do have a decent pool and sporting activities on offer such as tennis, soccer, badminton courts.

LaosTerribly noisy and toxic insecticide fumigation at night (10:30 to 12:00) every 10 days with lindane which is forbidden since years in europe-- and stinks! Killing birds and lizards/frog and other predators of morsquitoes. And poisoning the staff. less important, the bell from the elevator is too loud particularly at night. The cloud of fumes rises up to the balcony and windows at the 3-4tha floor. and, since I stayed a month, the menu gets a bit boring.:-). But I will come back and move to soho85 hotel nearby for 2 days every 10 days :-) about Phnom Penh Walking in the streets near the hotel is very dangerous and uncomfortable. no foot path and motorbikes drive everywhere. And Phnom penh hates pedestrians . no foot path and in the rare location where there is a footpath it is used by motobykes and cars alike.
The sport opportunities, the green surrounding, the staff attention. the quietness, the vue from my balcony, the (external) horse riding club behind the hotel,

A lovely quiet compound with gardens and sporting facilities Room were very comfortable and a good size We had both dinner and breakfast and liked both. Extra close to the airport which meant we did not have to worry about traffic getting to airport

RussiaIt is far away from any tourist attraction. Be ready for 40-minute ride through the traffic to the city center.
Very good hotel with nice breakfast. Great food in general, never had any issues. Outstanding service with a lot of sports facilities. I was really surprised when during checkout we’ve been told that owe nothing for the court rental and we were playing for 3 days in the morning.

JapanRecommended to use as a transit hotel because there is a few good value hotels near Phnom Penh Airport. The hotel offers a large size swimming pool where you can literally swim for training. The property is very spacious with a lot of tennis courts so you can feel relaxing even in the busy city downtown. When the traffic is busy, it’d take 30 mins from the airport. The road in front of the airport is terrible.

New ZealandNothing really, other than maybe the rooms being a little dated.
Check in was smooth, very friendly staff. Location is by the airport which is what we wanted so that was good. Breakfast was okay - there were local and western options. Room - we got the 2 bedroom unit - spacious, decent beds. Overall a little dated but not too bad. Pool / Facilities were used by public too - didn't bother us.

United KingdomThis was a great location for us as we don’t like to be in a city but tuk tuks are easily accessible and can take you anywhere at a very reasonable cost. What made this stay for us really enjoyable was the staff especially Mr. Vanny. He went out of his way to help us and make sure we had everything we needed. The staff in the restaurant were also very good and helpful. The rooms were clean and the staff again made sure your room was cleaned daily. The hotel was certainly good value for money.

United KingdomThe flies constantly in the open-air restaurant! Made it hard to eat or relax in there! The 20 minute walk to 7/11 - pretty scary to navigate the roads and seemingly chaotic driving - even if it makes sense to the locals! Standard room far too small, no shelving to put clothes on. Definitely look bigger in the pics! Upgraded to Junior Suite which was far better. Having to cut short participating in the tennis group mix-ins for the last few days as a member of the group attempted to force me to buy new balls if I wanted to continue to be part of the group. It left a sour taste, so discontinued in the group of course. I was grateful to that point to be able to play. Part of the reason for picking the Cambodian Country Club was to get involved in the sports side of things, especially the tennis, as I thought from the advertisment, it was part of the facilities for guests of the hotel. I did not realise they were outsourced to non-hotel groups. This was my main disappointment. Location is only 5 minutes from the airport - however far from central Phnom Penh & anywhere else. ,
The facilities were excellent & secluded, so you could have complete peace & quiet if so desired. The swimming pool was amazing, with decked chairing all the way round... the food was excellent (I highly recommend the 'Opera cake' for choc lovers!) ... however the most impressive aspect for me were the staff. Sam the GM was very welcoming & attentive to any concerns or needs, resolving them timeously. Kaya on reception was particularly helpful & made the experience even more comfortable. The tennis courts were great, and you could join in established groups - (although watch out if you stay too long - they will demand you buy your own balls! I think it is a 'hidden rule' as it was articulated to me).

United KingdomFlies....flies....flies. Sitting by the pool most of the day constantly been attacked by flies. I appreciate that the hotel can't do anything about the flies but there was one problem they need to address. The breakfast is in an open area. The bread and fresh fruit had no cover on them and you can see flies sitting on the food. They need to have a plastic bowl shape lid over the fruit and bread. The gy.m needs a drinking water bottle dispenser in the gym. The sun loungers round the pool are in poor condition.
Staff was excellent and very helpful. Room air con was good and room was clean and comfortable ( a little dated but good price). If you are into sport like tennis or badminton..,..this is for you. Note this is more if a sports club then it is a tourist hotel. Not anywhere close by to ear but for £2 the grab taxi will drop you off by the Royal Palace on the Mekong River where there are plenty of places to eat.
