Was disappointed that, after making a booking.com request for the sofa bed to be made up and then asking at the front desk for some bedding, it took a polite conversation with the manager to get a duvet and pillow for the sofa bed. The policy of not providing bedding for the sofa bed should be explicitly stated when booking. Would definitely stay here again as solo traveller or couple when sofa bed not needed as otherwise it was a great experience

Location was great, the room was clean and spacious and the wifi was strong. Staff at front desk were lovely. Just be aware that if you book a room advertised as having a double bed and sofa bed, the hotel policy is not to provide bedding for the sofa bed. Leave yourself time for them to check the room before leaving.

The sockets mostly do not work or they are locked out. Only 2 sockets in the room are usable Need to register your hotel address in google as i cannot find your hotel in my grab apps !

The only tiny issues were there was no main lighting in the bedroom, so I could only use the little light in the bed to see anything in the room and the communal area isn’t unfortunately as shown in the photos and could do with some comfortable sofas/chairs

The location was great, as I loved going for runs along the riverside, which is a 5 minute walk away and there are lots of restaurants and events there. The bed was the comfiest bed I have slept on in months and every single one of the staff I met were very welcoming and greeting every time I saw one of them. The price is very very reasonable 😊😊

At the end of our stay though we were asked to pay for water bottles we took our room’s fridge, even though they did not tell us there would be fees when we arrived. When we explained the situation to them, though, they apologised and said they would tell the manager to put signs in the room to mention that the water bottles are not for free (like they can be in some other hotels in Vietnam). But regardless of this we are still satisfied with our stay and we would recommend this hotel to travellers.

Great hotel with great staff, they were also very helpful (even provided us with a scale to weight our bags for the airport).

The walls were really thin, and there was no mirror by the sink. Otherwise nice accommodations.

Newly built and stands out from some of the nearby hostels. Looks clean and it had a beautiful view over the city even from the shower if you stay at the 7th floor. The manager even told me I could use the pool at his other hotel if I wanted.

Its very new but not finished so a couple issues accured. Stayed on the seventh floor with an amazing view but no curtains on the bed or windows, no running water at the sinks, only in the showers, very thin walls, you can hear everything, weak ac, when the sun shines in its hot af. Other than that its pretty nice and they are fixing the issues.

Had a wonderful night there. Bed was comfortable, and the staffs were friendly. The building is very new and clean. And also a great location as well. Not far from the Royal Palace, and from I heard, there is a Walkstreet arrangement along the riverside, which is near the hostel, where there are many stalls selling many type of food during the weekend, so check that out if you are staying here in phnom penh.
