Firstly the staff could not do enough to ensure you had the best experience you could have, the location is excellent, 8 minutes walk fro the pier, but away from the busier sections meal options were ecellent and the food was high quality, the rooms were self contained cabins, clean and modern, I highly recomend

BeachWalk far exceeded our expectations. I am thrilled with how wonderful our time went there and my only regret is not being able to stay longer. The food? UNBELIEVABLE. So good that we didn’t even eat dinner elsewhere, because it would have been dumb to try elsewhere. The staff? Super accommodating and kind - we were remembered every meal. Love dogs? They are everywhere and super friendly. Not in an “ew, stray dog” way, but in a “there’s a lovely beach pup just chilling out” kind of way. Highly recommend the beachfront villa - they are spread out from each other and literally couldn’t be nicer. Also, they cleaned our rooms so well each day (a whole team comes in) and even changed sheets daily due to inevitable sand. Oh! The whole staff does an impeccable job preparing the beach each morning by raking the sand and brushing off the chairs all the time. CANT WAIT TO COME BACK!

The only small complaint we had was the swim-up bar being closed (they were actively renovating it) and the beach bar was opened very sparingly. It’s not that big of a deal, it is rainy season, but it would have made our time more enjoyable.

Great place on the beach. Good facilities and very friendly staff. And the two house dogs that were so cute and became our friends for the stay. Nice sized bungalows equipped with all necessities. Outdoor shower that adds to the beach vibe. Even the Friday night live music was very enjoyable! Many vegetarian options on the menu and the food was delicious.

Clean and refreshing room. The staff was very helpful, accommodating, and communicative. Breakfast was good. Wish we could have stayed longer. The pool was welcoming. Very nice place just to chill. Will stay again if we return to Koh Rong.

Great location, staff super friendly, hotel on the quieter side of Koh Rong

We splurged out & booked beachfront Bure, bit disappointed in the fact the Bure was set back a lot more from the beach than what we thought it would be. We were the first Bure so wasn’t very private as everyone walks past on the path in front. Also rained a lot so pungent water flowed past the Bure so there was a bad stench…bit overpriced.

Beach bungalows were perfect for us. Right on the beach not far from the beach bar. Very comfortable and stylish. Location was excellent with a number of independent restaurants nearby with lots of food options at high quality. Our breakfast was included so apart from some nice snacks during the day we didn't eat meals at the resort. The staff were excellent.

Although the breakfast was nice, for the price of the room I thought there could have been more options.

I would first like to say that upon arrival I had staff waiting for me and my girlfriend to take our luggage to the hotel which was nice. The hotel itself is nice with the rooms being large. It felt like our own little home on the magical island. + bonus points would be we had an early departure and they again helped with luggage and food to take for our journey

The bedroom itself could have done with better lighting. The bathroom very basic + a shower outside I wasn’t a fan off due to mosquitoes (15+ at all times) making it highly uncomfortable to shower in. My room however was next to what appeared to be a construction passage or job site either multiple diggers driving next to it, which wasn’t very appealing. For the price of £400+ I expected a little more for the breakfast with multiple times waiting 20/30+ minutes as it wasn’t a buffet style.

Peaceful beachfront stay with real island vibes. Just far enough away from the backpacker hostels to embrace the unspoilt island Villa decor is nicer than pictured, meaning the resort exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to enoy the fantastic beach bar, or hammocks under the palm trees ... all so pretty.

Hard to find anything to criticise really - we thought this place was just great.

The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful and reactive to help with all logistics around the trip. They recommend boats, can organise transfers, call tuktuks etc which made the trip very easy. When arriving at the resort we saw the beachfront bungalows that looked absolutely amazing, so we asked to change room and they upgraded us completely free of charge. On the first day we arrived very early and they offered us breakfast, free of charge which was very considerate. Food wise, we had a quick lunch which was absolutely delicious. Thank you so much to all the staff, you definitely made us feel very welcome and our stay as holidays should feel :)

The facilities are not 4 stars material… while the view from the room getting up in the morning is amazing along this white sand beach, that’s where the room benefits stop - the bathroom doesn’t grow old well and should definitely be redone. During our second night, there was a very heavy noise from a machine which made the night very disturbed. The beach is beautiful but there is almost no service provided by the sunbeds - no water offered, no side tables by the beds, no umbrellas provided. The pool is quite small, surrounded by the same type of concrete floor as in the rest of the property, which again isn’t 4 stars material. Finally, the hotel organized our transfer leaving the island which made our life much easier but as soon as we reached the car we regretted it. The car and driver provided was not comfortable at all, dirty car, the driver did not speak a word of English, did not provide bottles of water, had the radio very loud during the 3 hours ride and listened to videos on his phone

The bungalow on the beach has an amazing view. The beds are extremely confortable. The location is perfect too, super quiet and great view but also walking distance to more animated places.

However you can tell the construction is not so good. Cracks on the wall, humidity on the windows (which eventually obstruct the view) and bathroom a bit worn down.

Staying here was the best decision. Staff is incredible and make you feel as welcome as possible. The facilities are clean, functional and beautiful. Food is very good although a bit pricey - though these prices are similar to the ones found across Long Set beach. The location is great as the beach in front of the hotel is very nice and clean, and you are also 5 min walking from other restaurants. Honestly amazing. A huge thank you to all the staff in the hotel and special mention to Norea who made sure our stay was as great as possible
