There was no soundproofing at all, either between the rooms or from the street. The bathroom had no ventilation, and although the restaurant offered plenty of variety, the taste of the food was rather average.

Nice hotel with charming rooms and a beautiful rooftop garden offering an amazing view. They also have a massage service on the 8th floor, which I truly enjoyed.

note - beds are very firm which was fine for me but not so fine for my husband. The pool area is excellent however the Sun lounger mattresses could do with an upgrade.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the city center, with easy access to public transport, shops, restaurants, and major attractions. You can walk almost everywhere! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Their warmth and professionalism truly made a difference. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with a high standard of cleanliness that made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Everything was fresh, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged. And let’s talk about the breakfast—delicious! A wide variety of options, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start each day. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be coming back!

One umbrella at the pool for the entire hotel. If you don't get the umbrella, it's too hot with no shade.

The cooked breakfast was minimalist. But the breakfast buffet selection was good.

Nice room, even had a little balcony! The reception area is very comfortable, lots of large paintings around the building too. The rooftop pool is stunning. It’s only a very short tuk tuk ride to most places in the city too. Staff excellent.

Staff very friendly: reception, cleaning staff and especially breakfast staff. Good room. Nice swimming pool. Many choices for breakfast. Good location. Perfect stay. We stayed 10 days and it was very good, and very good price. I will definitly stay there again next time i come to Phnom Penh.

The downtown location is perfect. There is a pool on the top floor with great views of the city. One floor below is the restaurant that also has great views. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Lovely hotel.

Would be 10/10 if the curtains didn't let so much light in and the shower was better (it also smelt a bit). Everything else totally makes up for that though!

100% recommend. Wonderful hotel from every aspect. Super location, wonderful staff, fantastic rooftop pool, spacious and comfy rooms. We had an end room with dual aspect and a balcony. The best hotel we stayed by far on our 18 day trip. Really relaxing and super cool end to our holiday.

From arrival to departure the entire experience was out of the top drawer. The staff was professional, helpful and well trained. The rooftop pool was really something to experience. The breakfast was well planned, plenty of options for all tastes, the luch and dinner menus also have been good quality and well priced. If ever I need to visit Phnom Penh again, I will stay at The Aquarius again.
