United KingdomThe room was very clean and perfect! We were able to contact the hotel and they were extremely helpful and quick to reply to any questions via WhatsApp. Nothing was too much! They even arranged dinner on the beach for our honeymoon!! The food was amazing and they offered authentic and also Western options. The hotel staff arranged travel for us around the island and provided us with everything and more when we requested anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend and stay here again!

New ZealandPower (which is still quite new to the island!) went out a couple of times and internet was inconsistent which was maybe why they didn't always respond quickly when you whatsapp them! For a place where there is little choice without driving to town the menu was a bit limited. Would be nice to have a Cambodian dish of the day and a western dish of the day just to give some variety if you're there for more than a couple of days. Also only 2 snorkels and no fins.
Lovely comfortable rooms with gorgeous sea view. Pool and beach were perfect. Also nice to have the separate pool bar. SUPs was a nice extra. Arranged boat trip and ferry tickets for us.

AustraliaThe resort was stunning, with crystal-clear sands and beautiful aqua blue waters, making for a truly picturesque setting. However, communication was a bit challenging as the staff had limited English skills, which made it hard to understand each other at times. I agree with some of the other reviews regarding the restaurant; the food was overpriced and the portions were ridiculously small for the price. The massage was great, but the location left much to be desired—there were bugs around, and the area lacked privacy, with staff leaving the curtains open and talking to each other, which was not very relaxing.
The resort was absolutely stunning, with an amazing location—definitely one of the best I’ve been to so far. However, I did have to ask the staff to clean my room; otherwise, it wouldn’t get done while I was out exploring. On a positive note, the car hire service was fantastic—it allowed me to see all of Koh Rong in just one day, which was a highlight of the trip.

Excellent value for money and best location. The beach had fine clean white sand and the sea was clear and shallow like a giant swimming pool. The dinner at the hotel was the best food we had in the island.
