Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The location was perfect in the city centre with everything around, restaurants, massage, 7-eleven. The staff were amazing, friendly, welcoming and professional. They had a steam room, sauna and swimming pool. The bedrooms was clean space and very comfortable with AC, washing machines and dryer. It was just amazing I will definitely recommend it.

This place runs like a hotel, but you get the space of a whole apartment with washer/dryer. Very spacious and clean. The pool was nice and they even have a sauna and steam room. Staff were extremely friendly. Location is about 5 minutes walk to major dining/shopping area. I would definitely recommend.

The staff at Angkor Mansion and Residences are wonderful. They were friendly and helpful. We were celebrating a special occasion and the staff went above and beyond for us. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, which was very spacious, clean, has a washer and dryer, comfortable beds and really effective air conditioning. The bedrooms were dark at night and, despite being close to Pub Street, were very quiet. The property is located two blocks - 5 minute walk to many restaurants and the night market. Next door / attached to the property is a restaurant and bakery. The food was very good and it can be ordered to your room. The pool area is small, clean, well maintained, refreshing and has a bar area. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay and would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

The most disappointing part so far is breakfast, it’s in the nearby cafe so you have to bring your paper ticket and choose from the list, for the coffee you have to pay extra plus the service is kinda slow there. However it’s a new hotel so it might need some time to improve processes.
Staff is extremely friendly! The location is very central, has lots of SPA and restaurants around. Brand new hotel so everything is very fresh and clean.

The best accommodation I have seen in 40 years of travelling. The rooms are modern, beautifully presented, and superior in quality. The bed was so comfortable and the cleaning service was exceptional. There is nothing to improve on. The reception staff made me feel like family, so professional and welcoming. The price to stay here is severely undervalued. Pool and gym were also a bonus.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great in walking distance to the night market, and good restaurants. Close to grocery stores and multiple pharmacies. Close by ATM. Hotel provides filter water and plenty of bottled water. Bakery and cafe next door for breakfast and snacks, ice cream etc. Lovely swimming pool to cool off. Washing machine and dryer perfect for traveling during very humid weather.
