Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

AustraliaNothing really
Lovely, pretty new resort just out of town, 2 minutes in a tuk tuk to most places and not too far from Angkor. We chose not to go by tuk tuk as it was very hot and we needed aircon! Food in the restaurant was amazing, as was the food throughout Siem Reap, which is a really beautiful and cosmopolitan city. Not what we expected at all. Juice bar in the gym a great idea. Did a yoga class in their very nice shala, but most class times didn't fit well with wanting to go out before it got hot or going out for dinner. Their wellness program wasn't very obviously advertised in the resort and while I'm a natural health practitioner myself, we didn't partake as again we were there to see the temples 😆 Very well catered for kids and our 2 bed, 2 bath poolside apartment would be great for a family.

Facilities were superb, breakfast could do with some improvement would be nice if they could alternate things as it got a little boring after 3 days.

Outstanding stay in this Gem. Every want and need is considered and taken care of. The gym was fantastic with modern equipment and training advice if you want it. Pools were lovely and the food was simply fantastic. A quick $1 tuk tuk ride into the heart of pud street. Angkor Wat is very close.

IsraelThe breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, and room service was excellent – pizza, fries, and more. Each room had a water dispenser with hot, cold, and room-temperature water – very convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, cutlery, plates, and everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable! The gym was top-notch – fully equipped and impressive. And the bio pools were stunning, surrounded by nature and even included a fun water slide. The hotel is beautifully designed in a White Lotus-inspired style, with greenery all around. Probably the best hotel in all of Cambodia – highly recommended!

DenmarkEverything available on the premises (and in Siem Reap in generally) is highly overpriced compared to the rest of Cambodia (and I sincerely hope the staff are getting a fair share here). We spend 130 dollars on laundry service, as we didn't noticed the prices beforehand. But again everything is done with such a high level of quality and perfection, that perhaps it's just how it is. It's difficult to be really angry here.
Everything is absolutely brilliant at this hotel! Staff is very accommodating, food in the cafe is high level, the pools are masterpieces and rooms are large and in a modern design. We had a wonderful experience staying here.

AustraliaNothing we loved it all
We absolutely LOVED this resort! If I could rate it higher than ten, we would! It had everything we needed for a wonderful relaxing stay in Siem Reap. The gym was the best hotel gym we've seen and the yoga centre was wonderful too. We had the 2 room villa which exceeded our expectations. The beds we really comfy and the shower was next level good. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Siem Reap!

United StatesEverything was excellent. My family really enjoyed it.
I booked a two night stay for my wife’s family at Angkor Grace Resort. My review was based on my wife’s experience there with her family. They stayed there mid June. Angkor Grace was able to accommodate her group of 35 guests. Their experience was so relaxing. The rooms were very clean, spacious and modern. The bathrooms were very roomy and clean. The staff there was world-class. The most talked about moments of the stay, was the delicious breakfast buffet. Everyone enjoyed and looked forward to the breakfast. Some even woke up early in anticipation for the breakfast. We want to thank Sang (we believe that was his name), who took care of our tables at breakfast, making sure my wife and her family were taken cared of for the 2 mornings of breakfast. He was exceptional!!!! Thank you Angkor Grace for taking care of my wife and her family for their visit. When we make our family trip to Siam Riep in the future, we will definitely choose Angkor Grace for our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Angkor Grace Wellness Resort—truly excellent value for money. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience warm and personal. Check-in was quick and we were greeted with delicious drinks, a nice touch that set the tone for our stay. The resort itself is a peaceful, eco-friendly haven with everything you need for fun and relaxation. Free bike rentals made exploring easy, and the two beautiful pools provided perfect spots to unwind. For families, the kids’ play area and daycare were outstanding — the kindergarten facilities are among the best we’ve seen in Southeast Asia, safe, clean, and full of toys. Customer service really stood out — the team seemed one step ahead, anticipating guests’ needs before we even had to ask. The environment is clean, serene, and thoughtfully designed, blending luxury, wellness, and cultural immersion perfectly. We never felt bored, thanks to the spa, well-equipped gym, and amazing excursions to the nearby temples, all organized flawlessly. Overall, Angkor Grace is a unique and wonderful place to stay, especially for families and those seeking relaxation combined with cultural experiences.
