This hotel is in a very good location- within walking distance of many café's, restaurants et cetera- the staff were very helpful and all at a very reasonable cost

The shower pressure was very poor. The towels presented to us were two bath towels and two hand towels.The shower floor was very slippery, we had to put one hand towel in the shower to avoid slipping and use the other as a bath mat. When requested, we were given more towels but there was never a rubber anti slip mat for the shower. It was potentially very dangerous. The room was made up very late in the day but the bed was left unmade. When questioned, the room attendant seemed to indicate that the bed was private business and was not her role. Speaking to reception did not help as English was not spoken and google translator failed in getting the message across.

The location turned out to be quite good. Some nice restaurants within easy walking distance. Lovely thick towels and a nice breakfast.The room was large and comfortable. The ambience of the hotel was quite pleasant.

The street in front of the hotel is under construction (maybe forever) and when raining/snowing it was quite challenging to not get your shoes dirty.

Very central location, very spacious clean and warm room. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast was very good. Staff was polite.

The hotel didn't have the room I had booked - the Junior Comfort Suite with 2 single beds - so I had to downgrade to a Standard Twin. Much smaller room but a lower price. There must be some discrepancy between the hotel systems and Booking.com?

Daily water replenishment and room cleaning need to be reminded before they do. At the same time cannot use the AC due to its time restriction. No remote control provided in the room

The rate was great and unbelievable breakfast buffet. Excellent menu then the staff especially Mr Baybol was so understanding and helpful.

- noisy inside from other guests and sometimes A LOT. :/ I recommend to sleep with ear plugs. - once I wanted to take a bath - but although I turned warm water to maximum, still it was not so warm = not possible to take a bath. :/

TV was not working in the room

Very pleasant stay at Shah Palace hotel. Hotel is perfectly located on a very quiet street but very close to the city center and main avenue. Very nice receptionists that speak English and are very helpful. No issue with ordering taxi to the airport.
