We’ve stayed at Hotel Pristine in Bishkek three times now, and each visit has been absolutely outstanding. The level of service here is truly remarkable - the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, generous, and accommodating with both their time and energy. The rooms are exactly what you want - clean, spacious and simply designed. What sets Pristine apart is their willingness to go above and beyond for their guests: • When we had early departures that conflicted with breakfast hours, they thoughtfully prepared breakfast boxes for us on two separate occasions • They graciously stored our luggage between trips, making our travel logistics much easier • Their laundry service offered excellent value, and they even took the care to air dry items that couldn’t be machine laundered • They helped arrange reliable airport transportation (local ride-sharing service) • They accommodated early check-in whenever possible • Breakfast featured delicious small almonds and jams; plus fresh, cold water was always available The attention to detail and genuine care for guest comfort is evident in everything they do. I actually tried to book a fourth stay but unfortunately they were fully booked - which speaks to how popular this spot has become! If you're looking for a hotel in Bishkek Pristine is absolutely the place to stay. Highly recommended! I wish every city had a Pristine.

We stayed for a few days, and unfortunately, the room was not cleaned even after we had been away for two days. When we returned, the garbage was still there, and no housekeeping had been done. We raised this concern with the staff, and we were told that the cleaner does not enter the room unless the “Do Not Disturb” signage is posted — which was confusing, as we did not put up any such sign. This policy wasn’t clearly explained at check-in, and it would have been helpful to know that housekeeping requires a specific request or confirmation. The staff was polite and responsive when we brought it up, but clearer communication would have made the stay more comfortable.

Nothing. I love this place. Oh yeah there is only one small thing - If only they can provide bidet.

Location was ok. 5 mins walk to the nearest supermarket. 10 mins walk to globus and 24hr eatery. Room was better than expected. It was very spacious. AC was available. Breakfast was good. Place was quiet and away from the main road. Elevator available to access the higher levels. Staff was friendly and approachable.

Everything went well, thank you!

The hotel is really nice, rooms are new and shiny, decorated with traditional patterns, quiet at night. Personnel at the reception is very helpful and welcoming, they really helped us a lot during our stay, especially with bus tickets from KG to KZ. The breakfast is quite good, you can load yourself with 120-150 g of protein if you like, or have a delicious pastry for a cheat meal. The guests were mostly foreigners (non-CIS).

None. There was not anything I dislike, but sometimes it takes a little bit longer to open the door lock with the key card.

The room configuration resembles my room back home. A lot of natural materials i.e. wood and bricks are used, which I actually loved at first sight and decided to give a try on this family-run hotel. Noise insulation might not be perfect but I think other tenants were well disciplined and I had high quality sleep. Windowsill is my favorite place of the room, sitting on which enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Carpet and tapestry in Kyrgyz pattern made the room special and unique. Staff were attentive and friendly. I really have the home-sweet-home vibe there.

Absolutly amasing hotel, very clean, perfect parking, perfect location, very calm place, the best service in the world. Lady from the hotel went with us to show wash car and the give us breakfast 6.45 instead of 8.00 the day we check out.

Everything was wonderful! Clean, modern rooms with private bathrooms, delicious breakfast, great location, secure parking, and friendly owners. We have stayed at this hotel twice now and will definitely stay there again.

The staff were extreemly respectful and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and always checked up on us. We even had brought a massive watermelon from our travels and they offered to keep it stored in the fridge and cut it up for us. 10/10 would highly reccommend coming here.

It’s reflected very well in the price but it is a little far out of town so you’ll need to book taxis to get around. The surrounding area is quite rundown so there’s not much opportunity to walk around and explore nearby. It’s a lot more expensive in the centre of the city!

As soon as we arrived I was bombarding the receptionist with questions about taxi transfers for the rest of our two week trip and she was super helpful and went above and beyond trying to help me organise things. We even ordered some food on Yandex and they brought me the wrong order, she was straight on the phone and got us a refund! The room was super spacious and clean. Nice hot shower with decent water pressure. They also have water coolers on each floor to fill up your bottles which is great as I’m English and can’t drink the tap water here!

Wonderful that an Eco hotel like this can exist in Bishkek. It is new, clean, obviously with top Eco credentials and run by a lovely team. They clearly care passionately about this project and this is reflected in the result.
