A lot of people and just have 3 shower and 3 toilets.

The staff is really nice. And the place is clean. Can storage the bagage. Not far at the center maybe 15 min by walk. Can make a laundry

There was nothing to dislike

The beautiful house is in lovely location near the walking trails, and also close Almaty City. It is clean with great facilities. Use of kitchen or meals available. The bedroom is grand and large with beautiful traditional furniture.The views are outstanding. Certainly cooler here than the heat on the city in summer. The hosts are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would stay here again.

1. the ladies who worked there, they were just brilliant & so helpful, also excellent English. 2. the yurt, which I stayed in. 3. position, extra clean, good areas to sit inside & out. just very comfortable all over.

Super nice and helpfull staff, good location, nice kitchen and living room. They let you leave the luggage if you go for multiday hike, really appreciate! The hostel is not new, but everything is perfectly functional, clean and tidy. Recomend!

I think it was a very nice hostel. Good value for the money and good location. Very easy to meet other travellers and there was a very cute little hostel cat.

Nice and new building, room had ensuite. Staff looked after you. The food was plentiful and was good.

Nothing, everything was cool!

Everything was perfect! The staff is able to speak english and can help in various things. You can meet a lot of international travellers there and and discuss together your next plans in the beautiful state of Kirgizistan. Karakol is very close to the mountains and in the Hostel you can find some travelling tips. They also created some itinerary and they wrote down how to reach the most important attractions near the city. The room was very clean, and so the bathrooms. We got nothing to complain, everything was on point!

The hostel offers a perfect combination of good price, cleanliness, privacy, location and most importantly excellent support in organizing trips to nearby places. The hostel was a base for us for 14 days, from which we went to places that are not usual for tourists to visit. The lady spent hours with us and the whole trip would not have been possible without her help. For this we owe her our huge thanks.

Everything actually especially the staff. They were very helpful, answered all our questions regarding trekking and cultural exposure events. They don’t organize tours, but they will recommend multiple or let you know how to book. The location is pretty amazing as well as it is near to popular destinations such as city center, destination karakol organization, and CBT.
