The pool repair work was not mentioned, nor the building work opposite. Plus the lower floors facing the street get a lot of noise from the traffic

It was a shame the swimming pool wasn’t open as that would have been great for our children. It did state on the website it would be closed in fairness. Some of the pillows on the bed were a little hard but they would be the only faults and they are minor.

The location was brilliant - right next to the mall and central to most of the things we wanted to see. The apartment was clean, spacious and well-equipped and the staff were all lovely. Is definitely stay here again.

*Wish certain things could remain in kitchen/house for guests to use (just the essentials): olive oil, salt, etc., detergent, and there was no coffee maker. (I bought two large cups from Java the night before and heated them on stove top in the morning.)

Staying at the Yaya is like a home from home to me. The staff are so friendly and attentive and it is lovely that I am welcomed so well by everyone from security, reception, to cleaners every time I stay.

Huge apartment. We had booked a 1 bedroom apartment, but they had upgraded us to a 3 bedroom. I told my wife, "That's great, I am sleeping alone tonight."

very little. Out of the property's control, but the street noise could be pretty bad at times - there seemed to be buses that would honk regularly to get passengers attention in the middle of the night. It mostly didn't bother me but would wake my girlfriend through the night.

One of those gems - comfortable bed, plenty of space, nice couch and table space. Barely anything to complain about, even if we were looking to complain. Location was great - near lots of great things, and having the mall connected to the building. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

We couldn't not use the Pool has it was under maintenance. we were infirmed by email 3 weeks to our arrival and we were hoping for compensations for this but we didn't get.

This was my second time in Yaya, i and felt safe and welcome. The hospitality of the staffs is first class. i felt safe as visitors ID were checked and recorded, even when an unexpected guest tries to come in, the hotels calls first to verify, which is great. All the staffs knew me and my team by name against our room number which feels like they knew us personally.

Security access can be challenging at times, but this is good for the safety of hotel guests and staff. There is nothing more to add that one won't love about the apartment.

The ambience and comfort of the hotel. It's centrally located and close to shopping areas. Easy access to and from the airport. The staff are great, and the swimming pool is relaxing even when you can't swim. A great place to recuperate.
