Misleading description: The property listing states 6 bedrooms, but the reality is 4 bedrooms plus 2 separate rooms. Additionally, we booked an extra double room that was not provided during our stay. The villa shows its age and would benefit from updates. Several ceiling fans were broken and produced very loud, disruptive noise when turned on, making them unusable. Be prepared for very early wake-up calls starting at 5 AM from nearby mosques, followed by roosters at 6 AM, peacocks, and various birds continuing throughout the morning. Sleeping in is impossible at this location. Despite booking in Swiss Francs, we were required to pay in Kenyan Shillings at an exchange rate 3% higher than the market rate, plus an additional 3% card processing fee. When we attempted to discuss these charges, the owner was rude and unwilling to negotiate. Overall Experience: Unfortunately, the combination of misleading advertising, maintenance issues, noise concerns, and payment problems made this stay disappointing. Would not recommend or return.

Maybe add a chair in the room? I was half working during my holidays but there was no proper desk and chair for me to work inside my room. Plus, given I travel solo and knew no one. I think a good hotel should be concerned with its customer’s safety, although I fully understand it’s not their responsibility.. I sent my shuttle info from Mombasa to Malindi to the hotel, explaining my situation and hoping the host can simply say “well received and will monitor”.. but I received no reply at all, which was really a bit disappointing. And I was almost in danger that night.

It is a private villa located 10min by Tuktuk to the center or the coast (beach/restaurants). It is amazing inside, very quite and cozy. It would be really lovely for family holidays here and the chef can help prepare amazing food! It is really a great value of money.

The first night we had to wait for dstv to be paid for the next day… this was a bit off for us, we thought all facilities should be working on arrival.

The owner was quick to respond to any queries, and help incase we were stuck. The rooms had good A/c and comfortable beds, the kids liked them so much. They also had a chef on request, and prepares good breakfast. This was so convinient. Amazing staffs, and very helpful Benta, she is a lovely host.

The roofing made the bedroom very hot. The air conditioning worked well but the mattress stayed hot in the afternoon. It would be nice to have known about the aviary and the cockerels!

Nothing. Absolutely loved this place. The management can perhaps provide more soap? We were 2 of us and we stayed for 3 nights the soap available was over day 1. We went to get our own the following day.

All was well till the next day after I'd checked out I realised I'd left my sunglasses in my room. I called and asked one of the staff but his answer was a bit evessive which game me a clue that he knew what I was talking about.....he tells me that he's gonna check and is calling me back....he didn't and decided to go back there. The same guy answered the gate and told me they don't have the glasses but will continue looking. To me that's the only low point I can point on....it broke my heart.

1. The villa is spacious, very easily accessible from the airport, and has an extensive manicured garden with a clean and warm pool. 2. There is a variety of birdlife for those who are comfortable with exotic birds. 3. The owner is courteous. 4. The Chef is great! Passionate about his job and wants you to indulge and be happy in his swahili cuisine.

The bed matress is really uncomfortable it sinks at the middle. The birds in the garden are really noisy especially when you got work calls/online meetings early morning then it distracting.

The villa is beautiful and got a very clean swimming pool. The staff are great and ready to assist at all times.

Nothing really to complain about. Only a slight inconvenience: during booking, it was presented that our 5 year old would sleep for free on a bed provided but the room didn't have an extra bed, just a baby's cost. However, on request we were provided with a mattress and bedding.

Staff are very friendly, place is kept clean, room is comfortable. We loved it and plan to visit again!

Purpose to provide ready drinking water for guests.

I liked everything about the villa. From the staff who were very helpful whenever called upon. The cleanliness is on another level. Very quiet and serene perfect for me and my girlfriend. We really enjoyed our time there.
