The water didn't work lots of the time. My sheets were not clean and toilet paper was missing from the bathroom, outlet by my bed didn't work. There was a big party they didn't tell us about Saturday night and it was loud the whole night

Very nice staff! I liked the location, although the beach is too poluted to swim it was nice to walk and right next to a few big shopping centers. Beautiful spa upstairs and I loved my massage

Good location, staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a spa on the rooftop. Also there is a bar area, pool not looked after that well.

The bathroom sinks and shower are clogged and water takes a while to drain. The toiled seat should be replaced with something white and spotless.

Clean bedsheets. A fan for every bed, to reduce the heat. Locker space. Beautiful balcony and common areas. Great restaurant. Great location.

Met expectations. Good spot near the beach. The convenience of transport and the spectacular staff. I had english breakfast and it was amazing. Chicken platter was served for dinner and it was finger licking. The pools was fantastic place to spend the afternoon.

Thankful the woman’s dorm was not full. Nice spacious bathroom. Love the balcony, not the mosquitoes…one too many bites. Very nice outside restaurant/bar lounge area. Thank you.

Some matresses and nets in the dormitory could be renewed, as well as bathroom taps. Shower flooded a little after a few days. Towels could be included or cheaper, washing clothes is also quite expensive. Pool is clean only for around 2 days a week.

Lovely outside area. Double room has comfortable big bed, good mosquito net, nice balcony. Dorm bed was comfortable, nice spacious balcony.

The bar was noisy until 2 or 3am so best bring earplugs. There are many mosquitos in the bar/restaurant area so bring a strong repellent.

The facilities are great especially the spa. I strongly recommend getting a back massage from Liz. The better rooms are spacious and have airco and a fridge.

Not flexible with the menu, fruits only came with full granola-breakfast menu, for example. I was ill and had to rest but construction works and the bar area were a little loud.

Staff is not helpful, flush is broken, they don't change sheets or make your bed every Day/periodically- only when you leave or someone new comes- only then they put the bedsheets, stuff is rundown and old, locker handle can hurt your hand, staff just wants to sell you more stuff and they charge a lot though it's not a compulsion to buy from them, I heard that the food is not good from my roommate, cocktails are not strong and they charge you more to make it strong, staff gives wrong directions to the beach plus they didn't tell us about the curfew,

Location, lovely lush garden property, social, nice bohemian vibe, very chill, room has a big balcony, digital lockers on doors, mandala paintings, hammocks, safety, it's close to malls , shopping, beach, matatu stop, water refill, there are fans in the room which is a necessity

Accessibility to the beach and locations around Mombasa. The staff are also friendly and resourceful in case you need help getting around. The place has great food. Great for solo travelers who want to make friends on their trips!

Administration a little messy. Took days to get paperwork to fill out and no one at the desk when we went to check out. Food was only okay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the bartenders made one of the best margaritas I have ever had. Felt safe the entire time I was there.

The room, pictures doesnt represent reality, not very clean, in desperate need of renovations. Mattress not very comfortable.
