Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The apartment is located on the 15th floor of the SkyNest Building and is very conveniently located in the Westlands area. It also has a balcony with good view. The host was good and very prompt with communications. There is an onsite restaurant and a small grocery store. The apartment also provided access to the rooftop infinity pool and gym

QatarI will not decrease the apartment rating because of this aspect, as it is beyond the remit of the apartment owner. However, I feel it is important to raise it. Unfortunately, our experience was tainted by the building’s security. My partner was harassed by security on multiple occasions, despite having both the elevator keycard, and apartment key. One member of security in particular was openly accusatory and hostile, which made my partner very uncomfortable. We escalated this issue to the management, who said he would talk to his team. I heard nothing back on this. The hostility was only directed towards my partner when she returned to the apartment alone. When we were together, no one questioned us, nor when I was alone (without a key and keycard). I was not questioned by any member of security. Was it due to the fact I am white and my partner Is black? Abhorrent behaviour. It is appalling that a guest should be treated this way. A polite inquiry to ascertain if we she was resident or asking her to produce the keycard would have sufficed, but the accusatory approach taken by security was entirely unnecessary and unprofessional. While both the apartment and Miss Daisy's hospitality were outstanding, the security issues significantly marred our stay.
The apartment was immaculate, with high-quality furnishings. The location is very convenient, allowing easy access to nearby malls and restaurants. A highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the apartment manager, Miss Daisy. She was on-site upon our arrival and went above and beyond to help us settle in. When we encountered an issue with a lock, she was incredibly responsive, resolving it promptly and even checked in later to ensure everything was okay. After we left, she also assisted us in retrieving my forgotten jacket.

I liked how equipped the place is. You have a mini market as well as a restaurant and pastry shop down stairs and an infinity pool, fully equipped gym and seating are on the roof. Sarit center is a short walk. Apartment is well designed with both rooms self contained. Having a tv in the master bedroom is icing on the cake

Everything was clean, bright and fresh. Bedsheets and towels and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The apartment was spectacular. The complementary fruit was just what was needed as we arrived tired and and a little hungry. Views great. Location is perfect. Swimming pool and gym were good. Coffee shop downstairs and supermarket were much needed. It was safe and secure. Above all was the staff for whom nothing was an issue and my queries were promptly answered. My request for a late check out really helped me deal with my travel fatigue. Thank you very much Ms Alyvidza and team. My son actually wanted to stay a few more nights. Next time for sure.

The apartment of Aly is amazing. The furniture is modern and everything was working properly. Aly was at all time very communicative and helped as far as possible. For any daily requests I was able to contact her employees who where also responsible for the housekeeping. Also those two ladies were very friendly and did a very good job. An additional big advantage is the location of the apartment. It is in the middle of Westlands and footwalk to everything needed. Especially party people should enjoy their stay there as the amazing club The Alchemist is just across the street.

United StatesThe patio chairs are worn and nearing their end of life. There’s a low hum at night from the building that once you hear it, you can’t “unhear it”. And it’s a deep hum that you feel in your body. My friend didn’t mind it but boy, it sure drove me insane. I stayed another week but booked somewhere different because of it. The lack of air conditioning is problematic. You may think “just open the windows at night” but the dust from the streets below makes its way up, so (for me) I would get a stuffy nose and couldn’t breathe - pick your poison I guess: either sweat in bed and breathe freely or stay cooler but become a mouth-breather😳
Host and helper(s) were great. Any issues were addressed quickly. High level of finish in the apartment.

United KingdomIt was our first time visiting Nairobi and we couldn’t have chosen a better place/location. There’s a mall across the road and It was super easy to get around. The beds are super comfortable and everything you need is in the apartment. Let me not forget the lovely view from the balcony! Having the Slate restaurant and convenience store downstairs came in super handy. Ali was super great with communicating with us throughout the booking process and helped us arrange an airport transfer. Can’t wait to be back!!

SerbiaOnly one towel however was provided per guest and that meant there was no option for a refresh during our three nights stay. Surprisingly, the towels were locked away restricting guest access. While the rest of their service was good, this linen policy detracts from the whole experience of tranquility. Please consider revising your linen policy.
The Airbnb itself was quite pleasant. The cleanliness and ambience were excellent making it indeed tranquil.
