Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LithuaniaIt is a little tired building, but for African standards and the price, I will say totally as expected. Funny thing, I had the suite with a full kitchen, but they did not supply any cups, plates, or utensils, so have that in mind.
A normal city hotel. The breakfast is acceptable, but the same every day. Very hot water in the shower. The Internet was very good. The bed was good.

The bedroom was perfectly comfortable and better than we expected it to be. Yes, the room was looking a little tired and in need of re-furbishment but it was clean and comfortable. If you’re expecting 3-4* European standard at the price we paid expect to be disappointed. We would definitely stay here again.
