Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel rooms are spacious and located in a quiet serene area. The breakfast we had was fresh and delicious. The staff were accommodating and receptive to our requests.

KenyaNot much to complain about other than the location which is a little far from the town centre and works are still going in the property. However it was worth the visit.
Great staff. Very friendly and helpful and cheerful. I had a good breakfast and on time as I was leaving very early. Truly appreciated that. The staff who checked me was superb. It's a nice place.

KenyaThe sinks in the rooms are a joke. Why such small basins when there's enough space for a normal size basin? Makes everything messy when trying to clean one's teeth.
Staff were excellent and flexible. Maggie was awesome. Location is excellent. The views are to die for. Rooms are ok.

KenyaThis is most unprofessional staff I have dealt with. I went to property and I was informed that my booking was not valid as at the time I was making it there was no vacancy. The truth of the matter is they informed me that after I made my booking and received confirmation of the same, they got some walk-in clients who were allocated my room.
