The breakfast was nicely spread. My only comment regarding an improvement is the food wasn't hot enough. Maybe they should look at improving the burners.

The staff was very good and and responsive They helped in every way they could do amd was polite The room was clean Toilet was clean Need to add up some furnitures They didnt have much guess at the time i was there but they managed to still do the buffet breakfast, The hotel os new and building some pool at the backyard Things goes smooth there

It was very nice hotel , kindly staff, tasty breakfast ( fruit, sausage, eggs toast and other selectuon. The hotel has restaurant and offers tasty lunch and dinners with very good quality. The hotel is close to lake (15 min walk) and at the lake they make boat trilps ( 30 $) per person and for that ptice they also take you to Crescent Island and return ride. We saw hippos in water, pelicans and water eagles . You need to make payment for Entrance 33 $ for foreigbers but it is worth to see this Island with many type of animals.

The hotel is new so it is still evolving and improving. It still needs to get soft furnishings for the bedroom, a comfortable arm chair is needed in the bedroom, with a hospitality tray to include a kettle. We asked for one and one was provided. There needs to be a surface for luggage. Bedside table lamps would be a nice touch. There was no A/C or fan. No mosquito nets. But there was an anti mosquito device in the electric socket. During our stay there were no flies or mosquitoes which was a big plus.

It’s modern, it’s new and comfortable bed with premium bed linen. The staff were attentive and did their best. My 4x4 had been on safari and it was washed for free. The chef, met our dietary needs without any problems. The food was delicious. The hotel did not have a bar or serve alcohol. We do no drink alcohol. The bedroom was large with a large smart TV with Netflix and YouTube etc working. The hotel provided flip flop and complimentary toothbrushes with toothpaste. Secure parking, strong free WiFi.

Very clean rooms and entire hotel. Best linens and towels. Very attentive staff took care of us. Even our car was cleaned every day. Really large rooms with comfortable bed. The food was good and reception was helpful. Booking.com mentioned Kettle for tea available in the room but it is not provided. Totally our stay was very pleasant.

The location, could be closer to the lake. The food could be better and the instant coffee is unacceptable. Not very cosy interior.

We got threatened by the staff Nyambura infront of the kids. She demanded that the app had undercharged us and given a lower price. They refused us to occupy the 3rd room and had to cancel our family because of her peculiar behaviour. The website clearly allowed us to book the room for £64 but she stated on arrival that we needed to pay 1400ksh per night each room. That’s almost triple what the website had quoted. She threaten to call the police and security and remove us from the room if we didn’t pay the extra money. We clearly explained to her that if the app charged us less it’s not our mistake rather she should sort it with her staff and booking.com. I call this greediness of money and very incompetent manager. I have travelled to so many countries and stayed in many hotels but I have never been threatened to add more money than what was quoted online. She spoilt our Christmas mood and never will I ever book this hotel neither refer it to anyone. Be weary of characters like her she lacks management skills and human in her. There’s no sofa or comfortable chairs in the room you can only sit on the bed to feel comfortable. No kids or adult activities No swimming pool no Bath tub A lot of echo you can hear next doors conversation Only two pillows on the bed. No cot beds available only one so if you have kids who needs a cot bed it’s hard to get one. No kettle in the room neither any welcome pack like tea bag. Bathroom and toilet are in one room it gets a bit messy Hot shower was variable

It looks like a dormitory. The property could have been designed better, like the other hotels, with a bit of a resort concept, and so is the landscaping. The hotel is still under construction works.

The beds are excellent. However, in the afternoon the room was hot as the building did not have enough options for natural ventilation, not an air-conditioning. We had to open both the window and the door.

As mentioned all was well apart from the front office staff, I had earlier reserved for a 2 nights but later changed to one, we agreed on with the receptionist and was asked to pay upfront to which I did, to my surprise when checking out i was asked to pay again for the second day I didn't stay reason my booking had closed into new month and thus couldn't revise the booking!! Ridiculous!!!! We had to get interventions from the manager who asked the lady to change it to one night. The receptionist had actually detained us for an hour saying there's nothing she can do apart from us paying for the empty night. We really felt frustrated. This is an awesome product and the staff should match the same.

The ambiance rooms, food, cleanliness and location was awesome , maybe a hot water room kettle could making it more comfortable

No iron or ironing board, hot water in the shower was luke warm, room was very warm in the evenings with no ventilation, no insecticide provided for rooms. The restaurant could do with a lot of improvement in terms of menu, serving, service, etc. Very few options for refreshments available
