We stayed for three days, and during that time water, coffee, and toilet paper were not replenished.

Spacious and comfortable rooms with all the essential amenities. The surroundings are beautiful, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We also used the hotel’s transport service, which was excellent.

The dinner restaurant could have faster service and food was not great. Not directly about the hotel but there was some construction on going which meant we hit traffic on the way in and got stuck for a long period of time

Amazing staff, very deliberate management who cares about customer experience, delicious food at breakfast, spacious clean and large rooms, good facilities with heated pool and gym, and great massage

We have no complaints. We absolutely loved everything about the place.

We had our wedding on the terrace. It was such a memorable event for us. The food was excellent. I would like to thank Mr. Shaheen. We would also like to thank Jane Mbatia our main contact and Mary at the reception.

The staff felt a bit stressed during check in, but other than that everything else was perfect.

The location was perfect when we were experiencing a bit of Nairobi, suitable for business or leisure stays. We liked the rooms, it was clean and had the right level of amenities. We had a nice meal at the restaurant too. You can also access the Aborterum for free if you are staying there.

Club lounge was not worth it - very poor selection of drinks, food left in warmers for hours and hotel booked club facilities for conference meetings so guests could not use it.

They are the other side of the city from the airport so timing is everything when you have a flight to catch. My room was right above the area where any groups or DJ's play, on those occasions it's best not to be in your room ( very noisy).

The breakfast was superb, fantastic choice, always fresh,the staff were friendly and attentive. You are close enough to the city centre but without the noise. The Kenyan Arboretum is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and guests get free access, well worth a visit.

Hotel is located in a quiet area next to state house, there’s high security and a park nearby. The food is good and amenities are great, having a bank ATM on the premises is the cherry on top.

Less than 24 h before our arrival and check-in, the hotel emailed us that our room/suite was unavailable due to overbooking, although we had made the reservation more than 3 months in advance. They would have transferred us to another hotel (with less stars) and didn't even offer a refund, just a discount on a next stay. Last minute and just an hour prior to our arrival to the hotel, late in the afternoon, they emailed us again saying there was a last minute cancelation and our room would be available. The whole situation caused us a lot of frustration and stress and would have never expected that such a franchise would overbook, let alone inform us last minute. However, the staff were very understanding and finally our stay was exceptional.

We had a small hiccup when a meal, which had been ordered, didn't arrive but mistakes happen and the staff went all out to make up for it.

The service was immaculate and the staff friendly and couldn't do enough to help. We hired a hotel car and driver more than once, the rates were good and the drivers more than helpful. Our driver "found" the cultural show that should have taken place at Bomas but had been moved to another location due to building work. Sadly, the change of location wasn't advertised but, bonus for our group, we had a private show! Which was amazing!

The downstairs bar and resturant for me, should have been designed in the roof and in opening air
