The walk to the beach is a bit of a walk, which I loved, but not ideal if you are looking for a beach front. They have other properties that offer that.

The lady who checked me in was so kind, so attentive and very professional. She made me feel very welcome. The food was amazing! The waiters were all amazing. Very kind and very professional. The room was big enough for me as I was alone. My bathroom was also ideally sized, and clean. The rooms were very clean! Everything was clean from the bed, the table, the bathroom! Thank you for that. The pool area - where I spent most of my time, was regularly cleaned. Very well maintained. And the staff were so good. They kept people engaged and entertained. I loved my stay here. I needed a place that was quiet where I could just chill, and it delivered!

I loved the clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, the hot powerful shower, location of the hotel, and the breakfast option. It's really good value for money.

The fridge made so much noise we had to switch it off at night.. The breakfast variety needs improvement.

Breakfast was good. You could ask an omelette and they prepared it to you. The staff kept all very clean. Specially Juma was taking care of swimming pool diligently. It was pleasure to swim there. The atmosphere was very beautiful and peaceful at the hotel.

Bathroom was much too hot. We had an issue with our door not locking correctly (an alarm was going off every time we closed it) which was frustrating, but the staff were able to solve it within about 15 mins. We were a bit disappointed we couldn't use the pool in the evening due to cleaning.

Staff were wonderful, the hotel pool and restaurant area are really lovely, the bed was comfortable and the room was good.

Cost of a room does not match hotel facilities/size/comfort. Pool closes at 6pm which is ridiculous! its daylight until past 7pm and most people return to hotel around 6pm after day out. Room sizes are very small for what you pay, advertised cost is 12,000KSH for 14m2 p/n, room toiletries are lacking based on hotel price you would expect toothbrush, shaving kit, earbuds etc.. No fridges in room unless you request and those are small and old, x2 single beds with separate mattresses are combined to male a king bed which causes a large gap in middle of bed, Breakfast is simple and lacks change. Restaurant food menu is too pricy, the hotel increased all items by 50-100% over the past year which for the quality makes no sense but they are suggesting its a Prideinn chain so can command, I personally only ate once in my 2 weeks stay, previous stays I ate nearly daily, 150m from hotel is an exceptional restaurant/bar (10th street bar) serving fantastic menu/quality at half the price

Location is fantastic, walking distance to malls, restaurants, clubs and beach. A/C worked well, pool was cleaned daily and staff are polite and attentive but Managers should be allowed to make hotel decisions/changes to provide a better customer service outcome.
