First of all I will have to excuse myself from those who designed and operate this wonderful business. You real asset is your staff, very kind and polite and genuinely happy to assist. We really felt so so nice, like home during our stay here which is really important for this business and kind rare. The hotel is wonderful, the people are super nice, food is very good, locations is great. Seriously recommend it :)

Lack of elevator, not a real issue for me but can be a problem for someone. Really noisy neighborhood and street. I ask the price for late check out and is half price of the room for one night more, which I think is too much.

Small hotel but very nice and clean, located in a safe area of Nairobi. The staff is amazing, they hare really hard worker (special mention to Maureen). The room is not too big but is very nice and the bed is comfy. Limited choice for breakfast but very well cooked. Good restaurant with Indian chef.

Hotel was really comfortable, rooms were great & had everything we needed. Breakfast was exceptional & we ate in the restaurant most evenings as the food was so delicious. Staff were outstanding- could not do enough for us & were so friendly & helpful.

The facilities was nice and room was spacious and comfortable. The meals at the restaurant were reasonably priced and everything I ate tasted great. Large portions as well. The staff were amazing and helpful. I had to check in early and I checked out late due to a night departure and the hotel did not charge me extra for this. That was such an amazing gesture of generosity and I was thankful. They made sure I was safe and arranged for me to get a shuttle to and from the airport. I enjoyed my experience at this hotel.

There is no elevator so i had a problem as i have a vascular pain in right leg. Climbing two floors few times a day becomes very painful

Strangely, no mosquito nets on the windows! Means you have to have the A/C on!

I would have liked a better selection of sports channels on the TV.

The staff were superb, even when i checked in at 1:30 in the morning . I really liked the room, it was big enough so I could work at the desk in the room. Internet was good. The breakfast was also very good, both in terms of service and the quality of the food. Chef was excellent.

We stayed one night at this hotel in Nairobi, which is perfectly situated in the heart of Westlands, close to the city center. The room was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We were even welcomed with treats upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The garden is absolutely superb—lush, vibrant, and tropical, creating a peaceful atmosphere. While the breakfast wasn't quite top-notch, as only à la carte options were available during the low season in April, it was understandable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others visiting Nairobi.

No lift, had to use the stairs but that was OK.

Staff were excellent. Dora the manager was extremely helpful and most professional. Top class. The food was very good and reasonably priced.

The menu was quite Indian-leaning which is tough for a person like me with allergies.

The property is BEAUTIFUL and very well maintained. Because there are not hundreds of rooms, staff pay so much attention to guests. Would highly recommend.

Felt is was expensive for drinks and food in the evenings for a hotel that caters for business and social people and is not centrally located, but overall was reasonable value fort money
