there was basically no internet in my room, which is annoying. The bathroom needs renovation.

The Wi-Fi was a little slow sometimes and hopefully in the future they could add a drinking chocolate option in the rooms but other than that everything else was exceptionally good.

The hotel is clean and centrally located so it's easy to access various attraction sites. The staff were lovely and very accommodating of our needs. Will definitely visit again.

I was not there long enough to find any faults. That said, even if we were there a week, I doubt I'd find any faults.

This hotel blew me away. After spending 3 weeks in Europe, we arrived in Kenya for a 24-hour layover; this hotel was our oasis before our flight back home to Cape Town. The staff was terrific; they were helpful, kind, and accommodating. The breakfast was incredible, fresh and tasty. The rooms we had were clean and comfortable, and exceeded our expectations.

The bathrooms are in great need of an upgrade since they're dire

The breakfast was amazing and good value. The staff were friendly. The rooms were pleasant though the bathrooms were poor as the toilets wouldn't flush, sink wouldn't drain, parts of the shower falling apart. The location is great.

Internet/wifi service was awesome. The TV did not work for the whole of the room despite notifying them of the problem during the whole stay. The taps and wash basin were blocked.

The hotel's facilities and equipment could do with a bit of renovating.

The staff were all amazingly helpful, right from the security check to the reception, the servers, cleaners, and porters. I felt warmly received, and that helps, especially for a solo traveller. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed my showers. The breakfast buffet also had a lot of choices, which is also a plus (e.g. vegetarians). The location is also very ideal.

There was no mini fridge in the room and I couldn't get an iron when I requested it. I think it would have been possible to get both in the end if I really wanted to but it was not worth the hassle.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. My room was decent value for the price and was a comfortable enough stay.

The food was good and some of the staff were excellent. The rooms could use a little bit more of an update as the tv was old and not clear. The bathroom facilities were leaking and shower was not very clean

The general surrounding of the Hotel needs to be modernised

The breakfast was excellent with typical Sub-Saharan African food. It had relatively quite nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. Security was satisfactory.

The shower didn't drain effectively which meant that after showering there was a considerable amount of water around my ankles. I had to wash my feet after stepping out of the cubicle. Also felt that the water pressure could have been stronger.

Seamless check in process, friendly staff, clean rooms. There was Wi-Fi which worked great. I liked that I could walk to nearby shops and cafes. The hotel also isn't far from the Junction Mall, a good location overall.

The room was too hot! The rain shower wasn’t functioning as expected. The water pressure was quite low and the water was going every which way what way. The carpeting in the hallways could use some thorough deep cleaning or a good touch me ups or, a total change/renovation.

Breakfast had variety, and everything was very fresh. Location was okay.

Rooms are not very sound-proof, though I heard little from the traffic outside.

Well located, close to many amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff, particularly Grace at the reception. They have a storage room for luggage in case you need to depart later than the check-out time (10am).
