The food was slightly disappointing. Meat was often overcooked and tough, while the range of options in the main restaurant was uninspiring and repetitive. I think more attention could be paid to variety and fresh ingredients.

The resort was very pleasant with attentive and thoughtful staff. Reception kindly added white wine to our minibar because my wife is allergic to wheat and cannot drink the local beer. The gardens were lovely and the beach was special.

Lunch and dinner food quality was average at best. The overall aesthetics were of a place that was probably lovely 10 years ago but has slowly declined. The whole structure from the beach looks old and worn down, in need of a serious paint job. The room had a leaky sink that ran at all times. I would have expected more based on the cost.

Nice breakfast, lovely beach area, clearly they do a good job of ensuring the beach hawkers don't come up to your beach chairs which kept the experience enjoyable/relaxing/non-intrusive.

The hotel is a walled bubble of comfort. The view of the ocean through the lush green gardens was amazing. All the staff were super friendly and competent.

The property just needs more love. The tiles on the pool are broken, the showers in the rooms have taps that come off in your hand, the tiles in the bathroom have been repaired but looks like a 5 year old did them. The owners need to relook at the standard as it isn’t 5 star

Amazing setting. Trees and grass everywhere. Multiple pools. But most of all amazing staff - service was brilliant. Nashon who manages the recent - nothing was too much travel. The ladies at reception who responded so positively to all queries and the waiters at breakfast - especially Kaka - all amazing.

Effort on the food and beverage manager to create a mini birthday celebration for my grandson was really exceptional and hugely appreciated the way he managed to keep a surprise , with singers , cake , drinks and snacks . Truly something he will remember always .

I booked a balcony room but The reception staff gave us ground floor rooms. They also gave us the oldest room on the property despite the fact the hotel has been refurbished.. I turned down the room . The concierge guy left us in the room and was gone for ages, when we went to check At reception we found him chatting with the receptionist- completely forgot about my son and I. They then moved us to an interconnecting ground floor room which I also turned down (zero privacy- we could hear the guest in the next room). Third attempt they gave us a refurbished room - still on the ground floor. The hotel was not fully booked therefore this type of behaviour is unacceptable.

The HB- Dinner dinner does not include a soft drink, you have to pay for it, yet at the breakfast drinking water is provided at no extra cost. Suggestion- include one soft drink on the package and charge for any extra.
