Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Super clean and reserved environment! Great staffs and customer service too. I was offered two complementary drinks upon my arrival. Also, the rooms had a lot of junk food in it and also, they have really great and tasty meals. I was also taken to the forest reserve with the hotel’s conceirge service for free. Would definitely be going back!

United KingdomThere was noise from other rooms. Our first room was above the restaurant and it was difficult to sleep due to the noise. This was raised with the duty manager and we were given another upgraded room. There was still some noise from adjoining rooms due to the sliding cupboard doors.
The staff were professional, polite friendly and attentive. Any issues were quickly addressed. The room were well equipped and were of good size.

Kenya1. Mix up with the check in process… we were a family they promised us to be on same floor but we ended up on different floors thus movement to each others room and access to lifts was an issue. 2. The traffic for non residents is massive 3. The pool I think is for optics because restaurants tables are set up right next to the pool. So the waiter kept telling us to swim ‘slowly’ not to inconvenience because people are having their meals😏😏. Suggestion is the set up next to the pool should be after 6pm when the pool is closed for use.
Very modern and housekeeping on top notch! Basically very beautiful. There is a lady called Janet at the 3rd floor restaurant she is exceptional even with kids!!!

The complex of the hotel with all its passages and elevators. Beautiful rooms surrounded by greenery that provide you with a wonderful dream. Until now, I have never had a problem writing a few words about my hotel stays, but this time it is really difficult for me to find the words to describe the excellence that this hotel provides together with the staff.

KenyaAte at upepo restaurant and was served with a used glass!!! Only realized this a few sips in when I wondered why my water tasted off. Dealt with mouth ulcers for over week after check out. Had to see a doctor Coz they stayed too long and my gums were in pain. Also I was mentally off Coz "whose glass was that? Were they sick? What did I ingest"?? They were apologetic and on checkout was advised I'd have someone call me. No one did (I write this about two weeks post check out)
The property is beautiful 💜💕, staff are awesome and generally the place is worth the stay. Overall my stay was good. Just one hiccup that I've highlighted on the next section. Ps. They upgraded my room Coz it was my birthday. That was kind. They are also very responsive on this app.. Some. Hotels take a while.

A safe haven in the lush part of Nairobi. Quiet, comfortable, and cool. There was no real need to leave the place. A great gym, pool and two restaurants serving delicious food. Great decor, in particular in the downstairs bar from Upepo restaurant. Absolutely fabulous!
