I can't say anything negative.

The staff was very very friendly, the garden was so maintained and clean. The food was delicious and a huge variety was offered every day.

Once again there was no toilet brush in the room.... Now the question to the hotel management... do you clean up your poop with your hand if something gets stuck in the toilet bowl? Or are you one of those people who is happy when others have to clean up your your excretions ?

Too many monkeys ! No string or rod in the bathroom to hang wet clothes. Old bath towels which had become frayed . No drinking water was served at the restaurant, even for a paid buffet !! Drinking water kept in the room was insufficient . Once you've paid so much you don't expect to once again pay for drinking water , especially in such kind of resorts

Location is excellent. Staff was polite and courteous. Breakfast and dinner spread was ok . Lovely beach with white sand and emerald green water . Decent pool and poolside area.

The food was not the best. What they served was fine, but for the price there should be more variety in the buffett. Also they do not make fresh water for drinking available except at a cost of $4.50 per bottle—no refills. We ended up doing breakfast at the resort and then took Ubers to nearby restaurants for supper at half the cost.

Right on the ocean — nearly in the water. Awesome. Our oceanside room came with a small personal pool that could be swam in while watching the nearby waves. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Will come again.

The cottages can come across as a little outdated and need a little upkeep but otherwise very comfortable.

Amazing location on Diana beach! The daily evening entertainment was really fun for our family and we loved the activities they had during the day like Aqua aerobics, beach volleyball , pop-up market. Food was also very good.

The location, setting, and hotel are truly impressive. The food, activities, and entertainment could be improved, and adding a gym or similar facilities would be a nice touch.

That you had to eat in the dining hall that has no air conditioning. All meals should ideally be outdoors, in full view of the ocean if I am staying at a beach front resort. If not, the dining hall should at least have air conditioning.

Food options should be improved especially room service menu.. Make the off hour room service meals a little easier, pizza, chicken wings or nuggets, fried fish nuggets, burgers French fries

I did not like that there was no gym. And the buffet dinner,. Sure there is variety, but it is cooked poorly. If u like a change, I recommend "Kongo (beach) restaurant" for lunch. They also arrange activities, which I liked. For dinner, you may want to go out or grab something at one of the good supermarkets.

The location, the rooms right by the sea and the garden. Good breakfast. Clean. Perfect view. I particularly appreciated that 2 bottles of drinking water were provided every day. Overall, a real paradise. The beach is not the iconic white sand Diani beach, for which you need to go a bit south. However it's ok, it's just perfect

When we ran water from the bathroom sink, sewer smell emitted from the bathroom drain.

The bed was our favourite bit. Best sleep we had in weeks. The staff were lovely our personal bests being Mike and Divine from the restaurant.

We would choose an off-site boat tour next time, since communication with Diani Yacht Club was poor.

The resort is located right by the white beach of Diani, surrounded by a large garden property. Beautiful enormous baobab trees and many monkeys made our stay extra special. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Terrible WiFi in the garden rooms. Extremely salty water in the showers and taps. Loud music and noise when there are events hosted at the resort eg weddings and team building.

Wifi and inconsistent washroom shower.

The location was great. Right in front of the beach. The staff was really incredible. I had to organize a small surprise party for my wife and the staff was incredibly amazing in helping it plan. Even otherwise, the rooms are neat, clean and spacious. Two issues primarily are: (1) Wifi which is not that great - since we had read reviews on this we were prepared. However it is advisable for people who need stable internet to have data packs in place, (2) our washroom shower was inconsistent. Apart from the foregoing, the location, views, staff, breakfast buffet, food overall was good and is recommended for the price.

The buffet is quite pricy and you still need to pay for a drink separately. The best value for money would be half of full board.
