Nice breakfast, good service, rooms service is quick, great location, walking distance from Westgate mall

The Happy Hour drink menu prices are not clear

The hotel is clean, comfortable and well managed. Great facilities and food options.

There was an inebriated gentleman harassing hotel guests the one evening in the hotel restaurant, but hotel staff quickly removed him from the premises.

The property is centrally located. Stefana was very courteous and welcoming. As a world traveler, I’ll come back to stay again.

Great hotel in the safe neighborhood

All amenities were great, breakfast and the restaurant were brilliant and location was perfect

Wifi could have been better

Clean, wonderful breakfast, great staff went out of their way to help, great amenities ( pool, fitness area)

All hotels in Nairobi had rigorous security, could not (apparently) walk safely outside hotel grounds

Breakfast had a good selection, spacious room, nice decor.

Unfortunately there seemed to be an issue between what was listed on the menu and what the kitchen was apply to offer. even running out of Tusker beer. When you eventually ordered something the kitchen did have it would take almost an hour to serve food. The biggest issue however was that in the two nights we stayed no one came to clean or freshen up the room.

Good and lots of items to choose.
