Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at! The gorgeous Sylvia at reception helped me throughout and was a welcoming, helpful face for the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable! The room is so beautifully done and comfortable. The gym is the best hotel gym I've ever used and the other facilities were an amazing extra on a beautiful set up location! Other amazing staff to mention was John from the restaurant, helpful bag handler -Phillip and the lovely Beatrice in the spa ( a great treatment)

The hotel was beautifully designed, room was clean with comfortable bed and Smart TV. The best part are the staffs, courteous and professional ! Special thanks to Anne ( Assistant front desk Manager) , she took care of coordinating birthday surprises for my husband, decorating the room by housekeeping, birthday cake for dinner, kudos to Glow staffs for the lively birthday song. Anne also arranged for late check out. I am so pleased I chose Glee to unwind before our long flight to Canada. 😀😀👏👏

SwedenThe bar did not serve fresh juices which is a pity given the tropical setting. The staff at the reception did not communicate good with each other, resulting in poor customer experience overall Aslo, this feels like an hotel oriented to business customer. I would not trust them again with arrangement of turistic activities or transfer as they failed completely on this front. Both overpriced and low quality. As an example, standard tour operator offer the experience dinner at the famous restaurant Carnivore plus pick up and drop off from your hotel at 60 USD, They charge 80 USD only for the pick-up and Drop off! The safari they arranged was poorly planned and executed.
Great hotel with nice garden boosting a Skywalk through the canopy and a nice swimming pool area. Felt like newly built. and very well maintained Great food at the restaurant. They offered me extended late check out when I showed them that on my booking it was not specified that free late check out was only until 14.00 as they claimed. I could stay until 18.00 at no extra cost that suited me well as I had a late flight. Appreciated it a lot. Although being located basically in front of a very poor neighborhood it felt very safe due to the solid security procedures and staff.
