The customer service provided by all staff members was outstanding. The rooms were clean and very spacious. There were hippos in the river in front and even elephants came near the camp once which was awesome. The food was excellent and again the restaurant staff went out of their way to ensure everyone was comfortable. The packed lunches were also hearty. I would 100/100 recommend everyone to stay here if they are visiting Masai Mara. The electricity is provided through generator and therefore is not available at certain times of the day however the staff covers all of that information in the briefing. Since almost everyone is out during those times, it never mattered to us.

Our stay was absolutely exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind, genuinely welcoming, and very knowledgeable in what they were doing. The atmosphere throughout the lodge was warm, relaxed, and inviting. The location was perfect, right by the river where we could clearly see hippos and crocodiles in their natural habitat. The tent (both the bedroom and bathroom!) was beautifully appointed: spacious and luxurious. The food was great as well, all breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Without a doubt, this was the best lodge we’ve stayed at during our travels across Africa, and we’ve visited many! We would gladly return to the Masai Mara just to experience this place again.

    Nothing, everything was perfect.

Nice accommodation. We stayed first night in chalet at the premise. Manager suggested us to get tent at river side for full experience Masai Mara. Was great! You can enjoy nature, especially the hippos from your doorstep. Looking for nice place to stay in Masai Mara? Don’t look further. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is delicious.

Everything was top-notch! However, we’d like to highlight the quality of the food and the kindness of all the staff. The chalet rooms are really nice (and bigger!) and the tents are facing the river, more noisy but to us this was not a problem since that’s what we were looking for! To hear the sound of animals (mostly hippos and birds).

Wifi is not reaching the rooms, but this happens in any camp or hotel all along Maasai Mara, since there are no big buildings and it is part of the adventure!

-location (in the park- with hippos in the river and the monkeys in the trees) - fresh and tasty food - good beds - an amazing staff! -Masai dance show -a great cafe

Very minor things- such as you have to pay for water in the camp.

Food was ok. We had paid for full board. In general staff was good , very helpful.

We arrived late on the day and we were told that electricity is only on for about 12 hours per day. This was not mentioned when we made the reservation. Also there was no hand held shower head in the shower and it was disappointing. The room was not close to the reception and this gave us a rather stressful time as we also noticed that there was not internal communication and therefore a room service for us. Lastly on the first night we realized that the water was warm not hot and we both had almost a relatively cold shower. We reported it to the staff the next day and they confirmed that there was a problem. One hour later it was fixed but we had to leave for dinner already. We also had to charge the phones before the light went out and this was also another stressful thing. Anyway, we had paid for 2 days at the Mara entrance otherwise we would have left earlier. We left though one day earlier that that we had initially paid for.

The staff was extremely friendly! Breaks my heart with what the flood did, but I saw everyone working hard to get it all back in order.

very friendly people as is anywhere in Masai maara: a very cordial manager who gave a free room upgrade and treated us real well.big judos to him campo within the masai maara reserve and close to many happening spots. decent breakfast and dinner : not as elaborate as it used to be : they had some destruction due to floods few months back and have managed well despite that. rooms and tents were very comfortable: overlookiong the river with resident hioppos and crocs

maybe the price is a bit high for the level of comfort: incuding the safari vehicles and a big park fees almost 200 dollars per day per person which i think everyone has to pay though i dont rememver paying so much in my earlier 3 forays into the maara when i camped elsewhere

Great service, great views, nice rooms.

A lot of ongoing construction work we weren't warned about. The tent rooms are nice but you can hear everything from the neighbours. We had particularly loud neighbours on the phone at 5am.

The property is very close to gaming spot, as soon as you finish the game you can return to the hotel very early, so u have more time to relax and start the next day! Take rooms along side the talek river! U can spot hippo. Walking during the night!

For us all was good no ! No Complains!

Our family (2 kids 9 and 11yrs) loved everything about this property! The location nestled in on the river bank was amazing: full of wildlife, hippos, crocs and birds. The tent was beautiful, clean and so comfortable. The staff were excellent! So genuinely warm, kind and welcoming-amazing service. The food was consistently delicious with a wide variety each day for all-our kids loved it! The Maasai visits made it even more special-such a cool experience.

We honestly cannot find anything that we did not like.
