Maybe just improve some small details (instruction upon arrival, shower, soap..), but that does not affect on staying..

Felt better than home, room had everything we needed including a nice balcony, no a/c was no problem, facilities (gym, pool, rooftop bar) were nice and worth the visit. Bathrom could have been in better shape.

Definitely that you can only pay cash. You really should allow credit card payment. Is really a pain to have to look for an ATM to get the cash, plus all the withdrawal fees. The water is either too hot or too cold.

The rooftop is AMAZING! Best view from all Nairobi. The area is good. The communication with the host was very good. The place is cozy and nice. Has a great balcony!

Apartment is advertised as a one-bedroomed apartment. It is in fact a studio. Not happy with that Payment is collected manually if not on Mpesa (Local digital payment). Not happy with that. Facility to enable card payments for foreign travelers is critical.

Nothing negative. Just be aware that: - there is no A/C. Not a problem in practice (I was there during the “hot” season, and thanks to Nairobi’s relatively cool weather I did not even need any air conditioning). - no credit card payment. Not a problem, but just something to know ahead of time.

The toilet was little bit broken, when you flush the water would continue to run. But overall it was a nice stay.

The only thing that I didn´t like a lot was the very thin towel but this can easily be changed and is also a matter of preferences.

This apartment is a true gem. Its location in the heart of Westlands is absolutely perfect to access some of Nairobi´s most vibrant spots and also allows you to get around easily. The security of the building could hardly be any better with friendly guards 24/7 and a code that´s necessary to unlock the entrance. The apartment is well equipped with everything you might need during a short stay and is really clean. I especially liked the easy check-in and the fact that there was even drinking water provided in the flat.
