Nothing. We have been visiting Asha for 20 years and it is simply our favourite place.

Asha is one of the best jewels on Diani Beach. The rooms are so lovely and inviting. The pool and the private beach dining are just the most relaxing spots with great views of the beach. The staff were so helpful and welcoming - they gave great suggestions and helped with everything we needed.

Unfortunately, the beach has many hawkers and can be hard to enjoy with them constantly approaching you. Not the hotel's fault, they actually ask for you not to engage as they are aware of the situation. It is this way with all the tourists/hotels on the beach, more of a heads up than anything.

Everything was amazing! Helpful and friendly staff, the rooms were gorgeous and spacious, the grounds were immaculate, the food was delicious - highly recommend avocado toast with poached eggs and fruit salad for breakfast - yum! Supermarket is just up the street, as are ATM's, the location is excellent. The beach is stunning and lots of areas on the property to sit and enjoy. Also, highly recommend the hot stone massage at their cute little spa on site. Best massage ever!

As any beachside resort in Diani, it's the same problem (but the resort cannot do anything aboutit): the annoying boys on the beach that aggressively try to sell their products (and performances) and sometimes you really have to look another way to avoid them. But, I repeat, it's not the resort's fault.

We have enjoyed everything on our stay at Asha. All the staff is really friendly but nevertheless extremely professional both in the reception (Gladys did everything to help us, even when we had a flight change situation) and in the restaurant, where the food is really delicious. Our chalet was sparkling clean and the beds extremely comfortable, we weren't missing anything! We've particularly enjoyed their barbecue evening!

The Asha Boutique Hotel is a charming, cosy place, overlooking a stunning stretch of beach. With only a few rooms it feels very intimate and personal. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and attentive. If you are looking for the perfect paradise get away for a few days, this is the place to go.

The rooms are great value but the food and drink is a bit overpriced. There are better places to eat in the area but it's decent.

This hotel was so lovely and the staff were super friendly and attentive. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were really spacious. It's a small place so everything is really calm. They have a restaurant and outdoor space for customers but they keep all the sunbeds and stuff for hotel guests only, so it doesn't get overly crowded. The breakfast is very tasty, too!

I can't really think of anything negative.

Amazing location, directly at the beach with great views of the Indian Ocean and a small, though beautiful and well-maintained garden where you can hear the birds. Rooms are spacious and clean. You can choose breakfast from a menu and it is cooked fresh. On Friday evenings there's a barbecue, with lots of choices. Highly recommended. An ideal place to relax. Staff is very welcoming.

The pool could use some renovation and its rather small but i didn't really miss it that close to the sea. A fridge in the room would be nice.

The breakfast was amazing, I think in Europe it would be hard to find hotel with such breakfast as Asha offers. It was just amazing! Dinnig also was the best. We have been in every restaurant in Diani and can easily say that Asha has the best cuisine and prices in Diani. The garden was like a little paradise.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool is lovely and the surroundings were so lush and peaceful. We ate every single meal at the beautiful restaurant right on the beach and never ran out of options, and as vegetarians that is impressive. The staff also went above and beyond. Every meal was served as if at a 5 star restaurant. I also felt extremely safe here.
