The buffet menu could be improved, but still the food was good and the waiters and kitchen staff were really kind. The animation team mostly, if not always, speak Italian and if you don't speak Italian you could feel left out.

Beautiful views, very epic. Quiet and provided such a peaceful and fun time. The pools were well maintained and my kids had lots of fun jumping there. The pools staff were really kind and always at hand to support. I liked that the rooms had hot showers as it was a cold season. The beach was well maintained and the staff ensured we had sun beds and there was security for the area around the hotel - felt like a private beach - this was very commendable. The hotel had activities every evening and that was very interesting. The diving lessons by the Black Marlin divers at the pool were epic at very affordable rates. and our session diving at sea was very memorable.

The staff were amazing: so polite, helpful and cheerful. The room was clean and comfortable; everything worked as it should and we were well looked after. The breakfast was fresh and offered plenty of choice. The resort itself is quite old and looking a little tired these days but this didn’t detract from our stay.

AC in the room not the strongest so we had to leave it on when we were at dinner in the evening so the room was cool for sleeping but those used to warmer climates than us would probably be fine. There were a few holes in the mosquito net which hadn't been fixed.

Great location, very helpful staff, lovely pool and beachside cabanas, tasty buffet food. Special shout out to Mercy who looked after us so nicely in the restaurant she is a wonderful and warm host!

The instant coffee in the breakfast can have filter coffee. One of the staff was being flirtatous which was annoying as solo female traveller. having said that, all the otjer staff were very nice.

The location is very central, perfect to explore around the town. Room is clean ans spacious with balcony. The breakfast was nice. the staffs were friendly. good value for money.

This resort's target is mainly Italians as owners are Italians. Poor WiFi, power cuts, Animation staff spoke Italian only leaving us not understanding anything! Dirty bathrooms by pool and room too. Beach boys were rude and just annoying ruining the whole experience. whole place could do with a coat of paint. renovations and an update to furniture. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room!!!

Friendly staff, food was nice, entertainment and good room. Kitchen and Dining staff made us feel so welcome and ensured we had food we liked, actually we were spoilt by them.

The buffet was a bit limited for vegetarians, which might be because of the low season and the scarcity of clients. Also, although it wasn't the fault of the resort, my experience at the beach was less enjoyable due to persistent harassment from local service providers. As soon as I stepped onto the beach, I was approached by people offering guide services even when I was in the water. One even followed me all the way to the two small islands in front of the resort and guided me against my will after which he proceeded to ask for $50.

The views to the ocean from the main pool, the big balcony of the room overlooking the small pool and the garden, and the help of their travel agency to help me find a spot in a group doing the Blue Safari. The lobby is beautiful.
